The house is located in one of the most privileged spots of the island: the bay of Pollensa, where sea and mountain join to make a fantastic landscape. The house is located in one of the most lovely and calm places of the Port of Pollença, the Llenaire neighbourhood, in the countryside, at less than 2Km (ca. 1.2 miles) from the beach. The surface of the house is 260m2 (about 2800 Sq.Ft.), with a large garden of 1000m2 (10700 Sq. Ft). The house has several terraces, private pool, and bbq. Up to ten/eleven adults can stay at the house, plus babies. It is equipped with all kind of comforts and amenities including air conditioning and heating, Internet (WIFI), Satelite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, two ovens (electric and firewood oven), and bbq. The location of the house allows to enjoy the beauty of the sea and the mountains while having at hand all the advantages and facilities of a town near the sea shore like restaurants and coffee bars, shops and supermarkets, banks, car and boat rentals, public transportation, medical doctors and chemist’s shops, etc. all of them at less than 2Km.

Wonderful large house with swimming pool, TV, air-con at night and great bbq pit with games!

The house was great and the 10 of us friends really enjoyed our stay. Used to staying in air bnbs where there is more available to renters (there was no salt, pepper, spices or anything). We weren’t provided with cleaning products which was annoying as we would have liked to clean up after ourselves a bit more. There wasn’t even loo roll but these expectations of ours was probably due to never having rented a villa before. I would really recommend staying here - there isn’t an address but rather co-ordinates so getting taxis etc a bit of a nightmare - i would recommend the owners offering a bit more guidance on how to get to the villa/ putting it on google maps and giving it a name! If you can, get a car as it is not walking distance to the beach unless you want to walk 1 hour! It’s a beautiful property though and we were very sad to leave. The only big downside is that check out online is 11am but cleaners arrived at 9.30 which meant we felt quite rushed and stressed in the morning. There are games, ping pong table, baby football table and cots for kids as well as baby chairs and swings so perfect if young kids are about. Supermarkets not too far. Very quick drive into Pollenca. Thanks for hosting us!

Excellent!

I stayed at Villa Marga in August 2016 with my family. It was my third visit to the house, and we all loved it. The house is a traditional Mallorca house, with plenty of space for everyone. The location is so good, set outside of Pollenca/Puerto Pollenca. A car its vital if you are staying here, but it is ideally located for everything you need. It's only two or three minutes down into town where you will find everything you need.

The highlight for us, was the evenings spent dining at the house with the sun setting over the mountains. The views were stunning and exactly what we needed.

Will definitely return, thanks.

Beautiful villa, stunning location

We stayed here on a family holiday including two children. Beautiful villa, stunning location and fantastic amenities. The villa was spacious inside and outside, plenty of places to sit and located in the most beautiful setting. Great place for a relaxing stay and closeness to Puerto Pollensa, Pollensa town and to supermarket. Would definitely recommend this villa and come to stay again. Margalida was very helpful and very easy to get in touch with. Fantastic holiday, thanks Margalida!

Still an excellent villa!

This was my second visit to the villa, again I was in a large group of cyclists who stayed here for 5 nights recently.

The house is spacious, well presented, and has everything you would need to enjoy your stay. It is a 5 minute drive to either the old town of Pollenca or into the Port Pollenca, so for us a perfect location.

There's a pool, outdoor eating area and terrace for dining, all of which make it easy to enjoy your stay.

The owners are attentive and very helpful and I have booked again for a stay in the summer.

Thanks for an excellent stay and will see you again soon!

Genuine Mallorcan villa

Very nice Mallorcan countryside villa with the fantastic beach of Puerto Pollensa only 5 min away. A lot of open space for children to play. The pool is great and we spent a lot of time cooking in the outside kitchen. We had a great week!

Excellent property

6 of us stayed at this lovely house in early April whilst on a cycling trip. It is very well situated, just a few minutes outside of Pollenca, and is very well equipped. It had everything we needed for our stay, and was immaculately clean throughout. The booking process with the owners was easy and they helped to make our stay very enjoyable. The garden was spacious with the pool, table tennis and bbq area making it a perfect place to stay.

All in all, an excellent property and I will definitely be back.

Pollença municipality offers to the tourist both sea and mountain, the ideal combination for those who want to relax while enjoying nature. It is also an ideal place for people interested in cycling, sailing or diving. The town of Pollensa is just at six kilometers (less than four miles) from the Port. Pollença is located in the Tramuntana range near the sea. This combination creates a set of very beautiful beaches and landscapes worh to be contemplated. Pollença is a village full of tradition and culture, with genuine festivities like the processions at Easter, the “Moors and Christians” and the “Patrona” (from 27 Jul to 2 Aug). All Sunday mornings there are a local market that takes place in the main square. In addition to several permanent art galleries located in Pollensa, the cultural offer is wide and variate. A special mention must be done to the Pollença festival of music which brings each week during the summer famous orchestras, bands and soloists from all over the world.
