About this property

WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT OUR UNIT?

It is one of the NICEST units in The Shores of Panama. It has been professionally remodeled with beautiful furniture and fresh colors. There is no carpet anywhere...all hard surface floors. It has a DOUBLE balcony with master and living room panoramic views. Upon arrival at lobby there is a small concierge desk where wristbands and parking pass can be obtained. It is $85 for your entire stay. 1 parking pass and 6 armbands for our unit are allowed. If you have more than 1 vehicle there is overflow parking down the street.
Elevator is only feet away from the entry to the room.We have a total of 3 condos very close to each other in the building to accomodate groups. Just message us!!
Parking is on beach side with elevator close to unit, no long walking when you are in a hurry.

Our bunk room has a door, tv, and closet as well as private bath.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and is a large room with tv, full bath and closet. View is straight out to the gulf.

Our living room has sofa with a queen pull out mattress.
PLEASE NOTE
Tropical storms and hurricanes are not uncommon May through October. We do not refund, change dates or offer concessions during extreme weather. Please plan accordingly and purchase travel insurance. It is easy to obtain and available through multiple companies. Just google travel insurance.

The pool is approximately 18,000 sq. feet with 468 feet of gulf frontage. There is also an indoor heated pool and workout room. Tiki Bar, food service and hot tub.

Room was very nice. Colorful & up to date. Loved having a washer/dryer in the room! Owner great too!

Parking took time (parking garage) since it was such a big place but it was nice having my car right outside the room. The pool area is nice and the grounds were clean.

Family vacay

Our stay at this property was wonderful! The view is exactly as pictured, and there is so much to do within walking distance. The parking was a little intimidating at first, (you have to park in a parking garage attached to the building). But once you figure it out, it's a piece of cake. Stephanie was great at communicating! I asked several questions at different times, and she always responded promptly. Would definitely love to stay here in the future!

Unbelievable location. Absolutely the best Panama City Beach and Shores of Panama have to offer.

What makes this property unique

We can walk to everything!!! Don't have to get in beach traffic during busy times. The parking garage is attached to the building, so no long walking to the car. Our condo has touch code entry, no keeping up with keys or standing in line to gain access to the condo.
