About JAMIE LEHMAN
I have traveled quite a bit and lived in Japan for about four years. My husband and I have enjoyed hosting Travelers for several years at our larger property around the corner. We have had a great time getting The Sea Cave ready and look forward to hosting guests here too. We have already hosted motorcycle enthusiasts from Canada, Holistic practitioners, snowbirds, business executives, Tony Robbins participants from Australia, and yacht crews.
JAMIE LEHMAN purchased this House in 2017
Why JAMIE LEHMAN chose Riviera Beach
We purchased this property because of its large yard, corner lot, and covered parking. I love this unique location that lends itself to the best salt life activities and nature in the area at a fraction of the price of properties on the other side of the bridge. With so many state and county parks at your fingertips, it's a steal for the adventurer. We have owned property in this neighborhood for about twenty years and it's so much fun to see it transitioning into a super yacht location. Rybovich's north boatyard is bringing in luxury super yachts practically at our back door. I anticipate hosting many yacht crews as they can walk to their boat while being worked on. However, we are open to everyone and enjoy the unique experience that each Traveler brings to our collection of hosting memories. The Blue Heron Bridge is beautiful on its own. From The Sea Cave you can walk a few blocks to the top of the bridge and enjoy breathtaking vistas of the Atlantic Ocean, Peanut Island, the Palm Beach Inlet, the Port of Palm Beach, Phil Foster Park, and the Intracoastal Waterway! Given our central location, guests end up exploring so much more than usual. They do all of the local things but it's so convenient to head south a few minutes to West Palm Beach to enjoy downtown and all the beautiful spots there too. Then they cross one of the three bridges from West Palm and end up on the island of Palm Beach. There's Worth Avenue that is an old-world stroll you don't want to miss. Window shopping galore-Tiffany's, Chanel, romantic cafes in the vias. Head north five to fifteen minutes and hit the turtle hospital, golf courses, the Jupiter Lighthouse, Carmine's Italian Market, Cod & Capers for a bowl of fresh chowder, beaches, and The Gardens Mall.
What makes this House unique
Our oversized corner lot has privacy screening so you can enjoy a private backyard barbecue. There are three beautiful Malayan palm trees perfectly spaced as the center pieces of backyard landscaping. The ocean breeze is almost always present. You can walk to every sea sport imaginable from this location. Drift fishing, charter fishing, jet skis, kayaks, paddle boards, you name it. There are three boat ramp options within blocks and the public marina is just 10 blocks away. We have great nearby dog swimming spots: Phil Foster Park, just over our nearby bridge, has a sandy little spot on the north side of the ramps. Perfect for a salty dip. Some people take their dogs before or after lifeguard hours to the nearby Ocean Reef Park and go for a swim. 10 blocks away you can board your pooch, free of charge, on the ferry and go to Peanut Island for a walk/swim together! 2 miles north you can visit Lakeside Park on the Intracoastal Waterway where dogs can have a salt water swim from the white sandy beach.

It was just what we wanted. It was close to everything we like.
The place is close to the beach, great restaurants , shopping and activities.
The place was great for the dog because the area is fenced.
Jamie was great to deal with and was always there to answer questions.
Very comfortable inside and out.
The house was very clean and well furnished with everything needed to feel at home. Back garden was very comfortable and we ate most of our evening meals there. The hostess Jamie was gracious and keen to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The entire yard was fenced and hence we were able to allow both dogs free range front and back.
We would have no hesitation in rebooking this property.
Dennis and Sandy
We very much enjoyed hosting you both and your canines. You are welcome back to The Sea Cave or to Coralcopia any time.
We were really pleased with the area. Close to our favorite restaurants, Jupiter beach(we have a dog
It is close to all our favorite things-restaurants, beaches, relatives and friends.
We are so very pleased to be hosting you again next month and we appreciate your interest in booking ahead for 2020. Very sorry our calendar was unable to accommodate you in 2020. Perhaps another season.
Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay here! Jamie was very accommodating throughout our entire stay. The house was a perfect "home base" for our outings in the Palm Beach area: Manatee Lagoon, kayaking from Riviera Maria to Peanut Island for snorkeling, hiking at McArthur Park, "Downtown" for a movie, The Pelican Cafe for breakfast, walking across the bridge to Singer Island, and much more. We arrived Christmas Day, and were greeted by a small, live Christmas tree with white lights. It was a nice touch!
I did not cook at all while we were there, but the kitchen appeared to be well-stocked. Jamie even provided a small basket of granola bars which came in handy when we needed a quick snack. The were plenty of high quality paper products and linens. She even provided beach towels - which we used! The back yard is nicely landscaped with lounge chairs and a table for 6. We enjoyed relaxing out there (in the winter). The wi-fi was great. We did have a problem accessing the extra channels on the tv, and Jamie offered to come troubleshoot for us, but we were so busy with other activities that I did not take her up on the offer.
There is only one bathroom, so if you are a party of 4 like us, you will need to take that into consideration - we made it work. The shower is a little tricky in that to get hot water, you barely have to turn the handle. It took some of us longer to figure that out, resulting in a couple of cold showers at first.
The house is located in an "industrial area" and we found that to be part of the charm. While you will hear foghorns and machinery from the nearby marina and boat shops, those noises don't interfere with the quiet in the home. We also observed that the neighbors keep their homes and yard neat.
Jamie is easy to work with, the house is comfortable and clean, and I would stay here again.
It was a pleasure hosting your family. So glad you were able to take advantage of all the area has to offer. Thank you for bringing a couple of house items to our attention as we like to stay on top of everything. And thank you for being so incredibly respectful of our property- you are clearly raising fabulous children! We hope to host you at The Sea Cave or Coralcopia again in the future.
