This is the Pikes Peak backcountry in all its splendor. Enjoy. * Please note a $200 fully refundable damage deposit is required. We do not include this in the auto-rates with VRBO as we do not cash these upon receipt, but shred them after departure as a courtesy for our guests.

This is a magical home. This cabin used to be our primary home before we had to move. It is private and beautiful. It is very custom and clean. We left all of our custom/original furnishings so this is not a 'garage sale' vacation rental. Everyone loves our custom details! Angel is a teacher and university instructor and Marc is an elected official-Teller County Commissioner.
Marc and Angel Dettenrieder purchased this cabin in 2002
Divide is one of the most beautiful areas in the world. This was our primary home.
The views, the wildlife, the quiet, the privacy, the temperature, the unbelievable breathtaking beauty of the Pike's Peak Region. Deer visit the cabin regularly.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The cabin was very nice! The owners were very easy to work with.
My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this quiet, beautiful home. There are nice picture windows to watch the pleantyful bird population. Our children had a blast exploring the Deer Trail. The comfortable living quarters made our stay ideal. Thanks so much for an enjoyable time away from the hectic city!
It was the perfect get away for me and my family. The home was amazing and the outdoors area was the best. One of our best vacations.
This property is gorgeous!! We absolutely loved everything! Thank you to Marc and Angel for allowing us to stay in their beautiful cabin. Everything was perfect. We have a son and family that live in Divide that we spent Thanksgiving with. Since we had almost all of our kids and spouses we needed more space so we chose this wonderful cabin!! We had so much fun exploring, playing late night cards, eating, snacking, watching the deer, feeding the birds and just enjoying our relaxing time there! The beds were so comfortable so we woke up on the last day not wanting to leave. Thank you Marc and Angel! We will be back!!
Beautiful. This was our third time here and it always exceeds our expectations. The cabin/home is move in ready. Quiet, peaceful, with tons of wildlife. We look forward to coming back again next year!

This was our first experience with VRBO so we weren't sure what to expect. We were looking for a secluded location to relax and enjoy the beauty of Colorado and the mountains. Everything about this house was perfect and totally exceeded our expectation. We got home yesterday evening and are already planning a return visit!
