Well maintained with many improvements over the years. New furniture in living room, new outdoor shower with dressing area, new stove & range, recently freshly painted on the exterior. New ductless quiet air conditioning. New carpeting. Private easement, large lot for comparable bayside duplexes, short walk to bay and ocean easement, lifeguard at beach easement directly across the street, wrap around decks, plenty of parking, nicely landscaped grounds, nice vista views and spacious 30+ living room and eat in kitchen (cathedral ceiling in upstairs unit).
This was the first time we stayed here and hope to return next summer. The house (we rented both floors) was spacious and very clean (including the great outdoor shower) and made for a lot of fun times. The two decks were great and well used - for morning coffee to watching the meteor shower. A few houses from the bay made it so easy to stroll down at whatever time of day, especially nice for sunset. A quick walk to the ocean across the boulevard and up a dune brought us to a lovely, expansive, and un-crowded beach. Plenty of parking, quiet neighborhood, and close to Surf City added to the easiness of staying here and we hope to continue to do so again and again.
This was our second year renting. This home is located on the best beach on LBI...North Beach. The home is only a minute's walk to the bayside, and only 3 minutes walk to the beach (make sure you bring a beach buggy for your gear...it's a bit of hike over the dunes...definitely NOT for people with disabilities). We stayed in the upstairs unit (2BR 1B) and had plenty of outdoor space to park our car. The Lane is very quiet and safe. The home has all of the amenities needed for a comfortable stay...washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, full sized fridge, large eat-in kitchen, clean bathroom, new living room furniture WiFi and cable TV. The master bedroom is huge with plenty of space and storage. The second bedroom is pretty small, but it was perfect for our two little girls to share. The outdoor shower is clean, private and with cold and hot water. The top unit has it's own grill (downstairs). I really like this area of LBI because you are within a short drive or bike ride from Surf City and Harvey Cedars....perfect place for families without the nightlife. We rode our bikes and towed the girls in the trailer down to Surf City for groceries, pizza and dessert and also to Harvey Cedars for the playground and live music at Sunset Park and the Harvey Cedars Shellfish Company. This home is a great value to be close to the beach. Olga, the owner, has been a pleasure to work with two years in a row.
We just returned from our second year at this beautiful vacation house. Our only complaint is that the time flies by so quickly here. It is very clean and the neighborhood is very nice and quiet! We truly love it here! The owners are very hospitable and do indeed take the time to make sure you enjoy your stay!!
We just returned from 2 weeks in beautiful North Beach. What a wonderful experience! The house is fantastic. Great location, quiet, virtuallly private beach, and a short bike ride to all the great shops and restaurants in Surf City and Harvey Cedars. The unit is beautifully finished, up to date, and surprisingly roomy for a 2/1. Absolutely worth the money, we plan on renting it every summer. Owners go above and beyond to make each guest feel welcome and enjoy their stay.
This duplex home is located on the bayside of North Beach, equidistant from bay and ocean. Narrowest portion of island. Bay and lagoon views in back. 100' x 100' Lot. Private and quiet easement road. Newly furnished living rooms. Upstairs has new AC and cathedral ceiling in living room & EIK. Expansive decks, open upstairs to sunlight, shaded downstairs. Private underutilized beach with plenty of room for sunbathing and beach activities. Lifeguard directly at the beach entrance. Great family neighborhood.
