Enjoy this custom built lake home with beautiful amenities and a spectacular Level Lot with Deep Water! Fun for all ages with a casual walk to water. Please see MAP for our great location, located in Forsyth County. Double slip dock w swim platform, swim ladder and bench seating for 8 at the dock.

Ask about the private commercial Boat Club where you can rent a ski boat or tritoon. This can be arranged under a separate rental agreement. This is a very economical option as compared to what the local marina's charge for boat rental.
-Accommodations: Master -King bed with private full bath w/shower and separate tub, 50" TV mounted on wall in bedroom. Queen bed, closet, dresser and nightstand. King bed with large portrait window which offers gorgeous view of the lake.
Main floor: Gorgeous foyer features custom floor to ceiling cabinetry with plenty of storage. Spacious and open floor plan with family room featuring 60" flat screen TV above stacked stone fireplace. Full kitchen with granite countertops, island bar, spacious dining area with seating for 8. 2 sets of french doors, from family room and dining area lead out to back porch. Every window on the back of the home boasts views of the water. Main level bedroom with Queen bed, closet and nightstand. Main floor has Full bath including large vanity. Laundry room, featuring large capacity washer and dryer, positioned in back hall leading to garage.
Beautiful 50' x12' back Porch stretching the entire length of the home overlooking the lake property. A spectacular place for those who enjoy relaxing outdoors. Porch features Gas grill and a Traeger wood pellet grill, a 50" wall mounted flat screen television, 6 comfortable gliding lounge chairs & an extended iron dining table with seating for 8. Stairs from back porch lead down to backyard of property where a large fire pit is located. The very popular fire pit is a fun place to gather after a long day on the water and the perfect place for your family to enjoy family time and roast s'mores!
Terrace level: features a stacked stone fireplace, 70" flat screen smart TV, family room area, gorgeous kitchen with white farm sink, dining table, and pub table area. 2 sets of french doors allow easy access to terrace level porch and the back yard of property. The fabulous Bunk room in the terrace level features 2 sets of bunks, Twin XL mattresses, and Full Bath with large vanity.

Amazing Home & Property

Great flat yard to the dock

I stayed at Eric's house with my 2 sisters (and their families) and my parents in late July 2018. The house easily accomodated our party of 13. The layout of the house was perfect for a multifamily stay with one bedroom on the main floor, the downstairs bunk room and the all the bathrooms. The lot was a low grade which was perfect for young children to play in and my mother with a bad knee and back. We could sit on the deck and see the kids playing on the lake and enjoy the beautuful water view. We even enjoyed watching the deer prancing on the property. The lake was deep at the dock for kids to jump in and it had easy access to a large area of water that was perfect for skiing. We are already planning our stay there for next summer!

Best family vacation.

Our family of 15 had a wonderful time at the lake house. The home is beautiful and well equipped. The tanning deck on the lake and the fire pit area are perfect for family time. We cooked out every night on the grill. We had plenty of hot water for all of us to get ready to have family photos by the beautiful lake. We tubed, wake boarded and swam. The beds are very comfortable after a long day on the lake. I feel like it is the best equipped VRBO house we have every rented and there have been many. Eric the owner was very accommodating and VERY easy to work with.

We have lived in the northern suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia for over 27 years. We bought this lake home in 2016. We love sharing our home with those who enjoy travel, special family gatherings, and lake fun!

Why they chose this property

New Construction in 2016. Custom Bunk room in the terrace level. A very short 30 yd walk to the dock. A level lot with deep water is hard to find on Lake Lanier! The back porch and fire pit area are spectacular!

What makes this property unique

Flat walk to the lake which is approximately 30 yards from the home! Clean, Spacious and Comfortable Lake front property on quiet cove. A 70" TV in basement is great for watching sports. Fishing is excellent in our cove, bring your fishing poles! New double slip dock with 16' x 16' swim platform and swim ladder. Outdoor living space is exceptional!
