Wedding in Castle Pines, and we were all able to stay under the same roof. Plenty of beds and rooms. We would stay here again.

Things were just what I expected.
Very upkept property
Months of trash piled up outside the garage. Blood stained sheets. Dirty carpet kitchen floor windows doors baseboards garage yard unkept. The hardest more uncomfortable beds ever!!! This house is a step above the houses in the neighborhood. The heat was set at 63 and the host responded at 11:30 pm and went on line and did warm it up. Light bulbs were burned out and there were dead bugs in the light fixtures. Deck off the master had not been painted in years and the furniture had electrical tape on the arms holding it together. Very disappointing and downtown Castle rock is about a mile and a half away, yes you can walk but somewhat misleading. Would not rent it again.
Very sad to see Jessica did not have a stay she felt worthy of having 5 stars. She did reach out about there being trash already in the cans outside the house, which I explained was from another group that had stayed the previous few days, but this was normal considering our weekly trash pickup schedule. The HVAC is a new nest system and was adjusted down by the guest. She reached out at 11:28 and I immediately responded and was able to resolve the issue remotely for her.
As far as the other stated issues, none of these were brought up during or after her stay. We only use all white sheets to ensure cleanliness and change everything between each booking. We do our absolute best to ensure our guests have a 5 star stay and with over 250 ratings across short term rental sites we are over 97% at 5 star ratings for our home. When you look to book notice the sheer amount of positive reviews compared to this one unhappy guest. We would have been happy to help with each issue, and did correct the ones immediately we were made aware of.
