Smart, self catering apartment on the Riviera boasting south west facing terrace/balcony and rooftop pool with spectacular views over sea and the casino. The interior is fresh in stylish white and cream with facilities for a very comfortable stay. Tiled floors and large doors lead out to the terrace/balcony from the bedroom and living room, it is cool and bright. Free standing air conditioning unit in the bedroom for July and August. . The kitchen is smart and well equipped. The living room is fresh and airy, the bathroom has bath and shower over and is very modern. The apartment has private parking, lifts and 24hr security, with free standing air conditioning unit in the bedroom during July and August. The building is immaculate and well maintained, you will not be disappointed. This is an all year round location, skiing is 1 hour away, Italy 20 mins. There is an abundance of restaurants, bars and designer fashion shops. Monaco with Monte-Carlo casino is 5 mins. The area is surrounded by interesting villages with excellent public transport links. Would suit couple or small family. WiFi, linen and parking included in rental charge.

Area is amazing! We only had 4 days there as some of the other rental time was used drving to and from other areas in France, only regret is that we wasn't there long enough!

My teen daughter and I stayed in Tim and Wendy's wonderful apartment for 9 days. We couldn't have asked for better hosts. Throughout the entire process; even before we arrived in Beausoleil, Tim was attentive, courteous and helpful. Before we even booked the apartment, he provided us with all the information we needed to feel secure and confident with our choice to book with him. The apartment was cozy and welcoming and had everything we needed to feel at home. We were traveling to Monaco every day; the walk was pleasant and took about 25 mins from the apartment down into Monaco. Of course, coming home took longer (uphill!) but not by much. There is also a bus stop right outside the apartment that came in handy for those days we were running late (about a ten minute ride into Monaco). As has been mentioned in other reviews, the view from the rooftop pool is magical! When we needed to go shopping for groceries or other necessities we went to Carrefour in Monaco proper. It was open 7 days a week. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed immediately by Tim. It was a relief to know we could count on his gracious quick reply to any of our queries. All I can say is thank you Tim, again and again! I hope I can bring my whole family to stay in your lovely apartment next time.
It was really nice stay. The apartment was very clean and full equiped. Contact with Tim was really nice and all things with agreement and rent was perfect. The swimming pool on the roof is magnificent and view is outstanding. So I really recomend that apartment for stay in Monaco. But you have to remember about one major thing. You have to have a car over there :) It was really difficult to come back from Monaco at night ;)
I stayed at the apartment during the coldest time of year and am happy to report it was warm and comfortable. Everything was as described and the owners go to some length to ensure their guests find everything they need, i.e. hairdryer, DVDs, bus timetables, local information etc. All in all, a very pleasant stay and I would be happy recommending this apartment to friends and family.
I had to make up a date of arrival as I wanted to leave a review! I am just delighted to have found the apartment again on the internet. My wife and family stayed at the apartment twice many years ago now and it was simply out of this world. I am so pleased to see the recent reviews are so positive and many enjoyed what we did. A great apartment, great location, great facilities and a fantastic owner. Now I've found it, I will be booking again.
We spent almost two weeks at the apartment last August! We still think about it and both wish we could just live there! Amazing views from the apartment and it has everything you could need. Very clean too. One of our favourite things about staying there was the pool, with magnificent views over Monaco you really felt you were somewhere special.
It's located really close to Monaco so there is so much to do. Also, good if you want to explore the region. We drove from the UK and would recommend having a car for your stay to see as much as possible.
While we were there we got engaged in Monaco, it really was the perfect trip that we will remember forever!

Beausoleil is a smart and very pretty town with shops and cafes and immediately adjacent to Monaco, on the French Riviera. The apartment is situated along the famous breathtaking Moyenne Corniche with its fantastic views. 5 mins from stylish Monaco beach and casino, 10 mins from Menton and 30 mins from Nice to the west and Italy to the east. 1 hour's drive Cannes and 3 ski resorts. There are excellent bus and train services to all surrounding areas. Monaco hosts the Monaco Grand Prix and is packed with an abundance of stylish shops, cafes and has many tourist attractions such as the fantastic aquarium, palace n the old town and Hercule Port to gaze at the amazing yachts. There are many perched, historical villages to visit close by making Beausoleil an ideal base to explore south France and Italy.
Please note that we know other apartment owners in the area so we may be able to suggest alternatives if we can not offer your preferred dates.

In the case of short notice bookings the full amount is payable on booking plus the £200 refundable damages deposit. The damages deposit returned after the keys are returned back to the owner and assuming no loss/damage.
