Parking Notes: Parking for one vehicle can be off the road in the circular driveway that will allow owners car to get past the parked vehicle. Street parking is discouraged because of Lakeshore Drive traffic, and because it blocks the view of neighbors on our left that need to get out of their driveway. Guests will need to take care pulling out on to Lakeshore Dr because of the short sight distance. There is no garage access.
During heavy snowfalls it is difficult to keep the roadside pull off clear of snow because the snowplow throws the snow directly onto it. This is another reason that parking off the road in the circle is preferred. If the tenants car was on the road pull off it could be damaged by the snow plow, or in the summer, could be inadvertently damaged by passing traffic.
Water Access: This home has a private dock.
