2 brand new apts. offering terraces, garden, parking, in the heart of Sanary

Fishing port and marina with an authentic Provencal charm, Sanary combines the advantages of the seaboard and its diverse coastal sceneries to that of a green countryside full of vineyards and olive trees. The inhabitants managed to preserve its heritage and incorporate it into their future; they ensure a year-round abundance of activities, an intense cultural life, festivals, and free activities which give the town a warm atmosphere, day or night.

You can choose to rent one or both of the flats.

South facing, both our flats are on the ground floor of a charming residence. Cap Sud is a 58 sqm, 2-room flat with a private 36 sqm terrace, and Lou Bambou is a 2/3-room flat with a private 41 sqm terrace. The residence itself is brand new, very peaceful and secure (equipped with videophone), close to the post office and the Galli theatre.

It is fully accessible for people with disabilities.

In the secure underground parking lot, each flat has its own assigned spot.

You can choose to rent one or both of the apartments.

Each apartment can house 4 people with ease. If you are travelling in a larger group, rent both at the same time!

Lou Bambou and Cap Sud both comprise a lobby, 1 living/dining room, 1 open-plan kitchen, 1 bedroom (twin beds or a double bed, at your convenience), 1 bathroom with shower, and separate toilets.

The wide bay windows (with electric shutters) open onto a large private terrace, complete with a dining table, chairs, loungers, and a parasol.

Both of these terraces provide access to a 320 sqm shared garden, for the exclusive use of our guests: a social friendly green space with shrubs and a lawn.

Cap Sud comprises one 2-person bedroom (with twin beds or a super-king size bed, according to your needs). A hanging closet takes up the entire width of the room. The living room is equipped with two twin beds which can be converted in sofas during the day.

As for the Lou Bambou, it contains one 2-person bedroom (with twin beds or a king size bed, according to your needs). A hanging closet takes up the entire width of the room. It also has 1 space with 2 bunk beds (90 cm).

Babies are welcome and can enjoy a travel cot (60 by 120 cm), a high chair, a bathtub, a potty-chair, and plastic tableware (please inform us upon booking, we take them out of the flat if you don't need it).

Linens:

The quality bedding is brand new. Sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, duvets, blankets, are all included in the price; your beds are made prior to your arrival. To ensure perfect hygiene conditions, a disposable non-woven underlay is placed over the waterproof underlay and changed for every new guest.

The appliances include a 192 L refrigerator, a 98 L freezer, a dishwasher, a 4-hob vitroceramic cooker, an oven, a microwave, a food processor, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a washing machine, a drying rack, an iron, a vacuum cleaner, and a hair-dryer.

Flat screen 80 cm television.

We can also provide (on demand) a DVD player, a raclette set, a pizza set, a skewer and chicken cooking plate, and a wok.

Out of respect for the next guest, smoking indoors is not allowed. Please smoke only on the terrace, thank you.

Pets are not allowed.

Three additional options are available (we can provide details and prices on demand):

- The rental of bathroom linen, tea towels, hand towels, to lighten your luggage (bed linen is already included).

- A washing package so you don't buy more than you need (dishwasher doses, washing machine doses, rubbish bags, kitchen towel, toilet paper, paper napkins, etc.).

- Additional 5th person in the Lou Bambou (extra standard size bedding provided).

Your stay can last:

- a minimum of 7 days in the high season (from Saturday at 4 pm to Saturday-next at 10 am),

- and 3 days the rest of the year.

Around Christmas 2014 and the New Year 2015, a minimum of 4 days and middle-season prices apply.

A 50% deposit is required upon booking.

Upon arrival you will be asked to provide a 500-euro refundable safety deposit.

The check-out cleaning fee (€50 per flat) is included in the price during the high and middle seasons.

For stays lasting under 7 nights, a 35 euro fee will apply for cleaning.

We live on the 4th floor of this charming residence, build very recently (august of 2013). We also own comfortable 2-room apartments with garden, where we host friends and family during the holidays. We are only starting to rent out seasonal accommodation and we look forward to welcoming you soon.

What makes this apartment unique

You will appreciate the calm atmosphere surrounding the residence and our private 320 sqm garden. Located in the heart of Sanary, everything can be reached by foot.

Parking your car in Sanary is no easy task, particularly in summer! But you can go enjoy the surroundings without worrying about your car: the residence offers a private and secure underground parking lot.

You can choose to rent only one of the apartments, or both if you are a large group (and enjoy a discount).

Both flats are open-space designed. You will also appreciate the high-end appliances and bedding. We provide the bed linens and your beds are made prior to your arrival.

The rental of bathroom linens and our cleaning package are available on demand (for a fee).

For young and old, all year round, we are sure you will come to love Sanary and its inhabitants, thanks to our accommodation and warm welcome. If you wish, we would be happy to guide you through your first steps in Sanary when you arrive.

La perfection

À la suite de 2 séjours cette année dans 2 appartements différents de cette résidence, il est délicat d'en dire du bien, beaucoup de bien, tant nous craignons que d'autres – et ils auront pleinement raison – viennent en profiter et ne nous permettent plus de trouver un "créneau" pour y séjourner à nouveau !

Mais, plus sérieusement, au-delà mon clin d'oeil malicieux : des appartements parfaitement équipés, une décoration et une propreté excellentes, une situation idéale à 2 pas du port, un jardin commun privatif idéal (chacun chez soi malgré tout, en raison de l'agencement judicieux de la terrasse de chaque location), le grand calme et, ce qui ne gâte rien, une propriétaire des plus sympathique.

Bref, une adresse à recommander sans aucune réserves.

Superschöner Urlaub

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Wohnung Cap Sud verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es fehlt an nichts. Sehr sauber und gepflegte Anlage. Ruhige Terrasse mit Blick in einen wunderschönen Garten. Die Vermieterin spricht sehr gut deutsch. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage für das Auto. Sehr nah an der Altstadt und den Geschäften. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und werden auch sicherlich wiederkommen :-)

Tolle Wohnung, schöner Ort

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, super Lage direkt am Zentrum aber ruhig durch Gartenlage. Die Vermieterin hat sich rührend um unser Wohlbefinden gekümmert. Alles vorhanden in der Wohnung was man braucht in hoher Qualität, super sauber und angenehm.
