About this property

Ocean view, modern recently outfitted 2 bed suite just steps to the White Rock beach and restaurants. This unit is licensed by the City of White Rock and complies with new provincial legislation. Level entry, no stairs. Unit has a full kitchen including dishwasher, quality cookware and fittings. There is in-suite laundry, one bathroom with a shower/tub. Heated polished concrete floors throughout, exposed engineered beams and open concept layout. In White Rock, 1 minute walk to beach. Dedicated driveway outside the door and is easiest with a small or medium vehicle. Bedroom one is larger and has a king sized bed and massive closet. Bedroom two has two twin beds and a wardrobe. We can convert the two twins to a King-short upon advance request. Owners live in the upper unit of this home in case you need anything during your stay. Everyone is welcome in our home but please, no pets, parties, or smoking or drug use of any kind on the property. Reasonable tidiness during your stay is enormously appreciated. We pride ourselves in a well kept space. Our modest cleaning fee covers turnover/reset and not deep cleaning. Thank you for looking and hope to see you soon! Geoff and Gillian😊.

Great Accomodation in a Great Location,

Couldn't fault the accommodation. The steps straight down to the beach area with its many restaurants and shops were the icing on the cake. Also just a few minutes drive from a large shopping area that will provide all your needs.

Wonderful apartment with sea view

We really enjoyed our stay in Geoff and Gillian’s holiday let. The apartment is bright,spacious, very well appointed and tastefully decorated. Everything is provided for a really comfortable stay. The beach and restaurants are only a very short walk away and the outdoor patio has a lovely view of the ocean. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect and cosy accommodation with a stone throw away from the beach!

Geoff's accommodation was perfect for me and my parents. The living and dining space is modern and spacious and it felt like home as soon as we arrived. The facilities are all modern and in good condition. Loved how peaceful the area was and being so close to shops and restaurants and not to forget the beautiful white rock beach. I'll be definitely coming back again! I would say to improve the experience there were just a couple of things: WiFi signal wasn't very good but I'm sure an adaptor could sort that out and also there is light which comes into the bedrooms due to the small glass wall feature but this is very minor. For me and my parents it's a 10/10. Thank you for making our first visit to Canada so memorable.

We grew up in Victoria and moved to White Rock in 2005. We downsized our yard for an ocean view in 2015 and have been enjoying the uban/suburban setting close to restaurants and the beach. We have family in the Vancouver area, as well as Vancouver Island and the NWT.

Why they chose this property

Because it is pretty cool! On the hillside, close to the restaurants and beach and a unique house that wasn't like everything else. We didn't build the house, but the family that did build it made some pretty bold choices that we love too.

What makes this property unique

A different home. The home was built in 2010 with leading environmental design and materials. Triple pane fibreglass windows, solar heated (with gas backup don't worry!) concrete floors, exposed beams and open floor plan.
