Close to in the heart between Plage de la Garoupe, considered one of the best on beaches on the coast, Hotel du Cap and Baie de Millardaire, you are in a tranquil setting. You can take your towel and walk to the sea in 5 min, swim from the fine sandy beach at Garoupe or from the rocks at the tip of the Cap. You can walk around Cap d'Antibes by the coastal path or jog around the cap.
Neighbor is Hotel Beau Site and you can rent tennis court 100 m from the apartment.
Two small supermarkets are located just opposite the apartment like butchers, delicatessen grocery store, pharmacist and restaurant available approx. 400m from the apartment. Close to beach, golf, Nice, Cannes, museums and much else that the Cote d'Azur can offer.
Walking distance to Antibes or bus right outside the door, the old town with the walls, Provencal market, shops and a marina with its giant yachts. Juan les Pins with the many beaches, restaurants and shops.
You will be able to explore the many Provencal villages in the hinterland many markets or go to Italy.
Lots of golf courses in the area.

Fantastic walking just outside especially round the cap from Plade de la Garoupe to Villa Eilenroc. Many golf courses in the area and possble to ski in the Winter

Har besøgt denne charmerende lejlighed mange gange , både som ferie med familie og golfferie med venner. Lejligheden er lækkert indrettet med fantastisk have og tæt på restauranter og strand , man kan tydelig mærke at familien bag lejligheden har fantastisk smag . Ægte sydfransk charme
Vi havde endnu en sublim ferie i denne dejlige bolig, som vi har besøgt flere gange. Vi vender tilbage på grund af den særlige sydfranske stemning som man mærker i den ugenerte gårdhave, med liggestole og havemøbler, her kan man slappe af i private omgivelser, hvis man ikke vil besøge den nærliggende strand med strandstole og restauranter. Selve boligen er intim og i standsat med respekt for området.
Superior apartment close to sandy beaches
We can truly recommend this charming and very nicely decorated apartment. We were a family of 3 who stayed in the apartment for a week. We had a fantastic week, enjoying the beautiful 'Cote d'Azur'.
The apartment is within walking distance to the sandy beaches of Cap d'Antibes and grocery shopping, which makes everything very easy and relaxing. We also enjoyed the big garden/ atrium of the apartment where it is possible both to sunbath and have nice lunches/ dinners outside. Some family and friends came to visit us and stayed at the hotel next door.
The apartment is spacy and well equipped. The kitchen is not so big, but it works well and has all the kitchen utilities you need. The bathroom is spacy and contains both shower and bathtub. The owners have great taste and the apartment has a very cozy atmosphere.
The nearby cities Antibes and Juan-les-Pins offers plenty of opportunities for dining, shopping and amusement.

This accomodation is located at the edge of Cap d'Antibes, only 500 metres from Plage de la Garoupe , one of the coast’s most beautiful beaches, Hotel du Cap and Baie de Millardaire.
Cap d'Antibes is considered as one of the riviera’s best areas. Here, you will find the most exclusive mansions and hotels, such as the Chateau Villa de La Croe and the famous Hotel du Cap. The region impresses with some of the riviera’s most beautiful beaches including Plage de la Garoupe. The La Garoupe light house with its magnificent panorama view and the chapel Notre-Dame-du-Bon-Port are situated on top of the cape. The apartment is located within walking distance to the Prince's Palace of Monaco, the Picasso Museum, the Peynet Museum, the Provencal Market and the cathedral with its baroque exterior. Shops, restaurants and cafés can also be found nearby. Juan Les Pins with its sandy beaches is situated on the other side. In July and August, Juan Les Pins with its numerous night clubs and live music locations buzzes with life 24/7. The resort is ideally suited for anyone looking for a beachside location to spend extended days on the beach.
The skiing resorts Auron, Valberg und Isola 2000, as well as Limone in Italy, are a 2-hour-drive from the apartment.
There are numerous golf courses in the vicinity.
