The apartment is located in a charming, elderly and refurbished building at John F. Kennedy Boulevard, at the head of Cap d'Antibes between Garoupe Beach, which is considered one of the coast’s most beautiful beaches, Hotel du Cap/Eden Roc (LINK) and Baie de Millardaire.

The entrance through the gate on the side of the house leads directly to the four-room apartment with a private, beautiful patio with fruit trees and plants. If you feel like travelling to one of the riviera’s most beautiful regions, this fantastic location is perfect for you. Once you arrive at this authentic und charming house, you will automatically switch to holiday mode.

The apartment features air conditioning and internet access. The 6 sleeps are spread over 2 bedrooms and a loft. Friends or further guests can be accommodated in the neighbouring Hotel Beau Site, which features a pool and a tennis court only 100 metres from the apartment.

On the opposite side of the street, you will find 2 grocery stores, a butcher, a pharmacy, and a restaurant. The accommodation is located close to the beach, to golf courses, Nice, Cannes, museums and many other Côte d'Azur sights.

Both Antibes and Juan Les Pins are a 3,5 kilometres’ walk away. There are bus stops just outside the apartment.

The La Garoupe light house with its magnificent panorama view and the chapel Notre-Dame-du-Bon-Port are situated on top of the cape. The apartment is located within walking distance to the Prince's Palace of Monaco, the Picasso Museum, the Peynet Museum, the Provencal Market and the cathedral with its baroque exterior.
