This stylish and sophisticated holiday apartment can accommodate up to 4 people in two spacious bedrooms. Both bedrooms have large en-suite bathrooms and each bedroom is complete with walk in wardrobes, air-conditioning and ceiling fans. Each bedroom has a door that opens out onto the terrace overlooking the lush and tropical, well maintained gardens and the inviting free-form pool.

The terrace provides a generous space for relaxing on the sun loungers with a cocktail in hand whilst taking in the Bajan sunshine. Dine on the terrace whilst taking in the dazzling sun and sweet sea breeze or at night time with the moon and the stars and the attractively lit gardens below.

Whether you plan to cook or not, the choice is yours, but this beautiful apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, it has everything you will need to experiment with the finest fresh ingredients available locally and home-grown here in Barbados. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances such as cooker, fridge/freezer with icemaker, microwave, toaster and dishwasher. There are plenty of pots, dishes and tableware provided. The apartment has a laundry area with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Put your feet up after a long day of exploring the island in the cosy and comfortable open plan sitting room with cable TV and DVD player. There is a telephone (with free local calls and incoming international calls), and Wi-Fi throughout the apartment to keep in touch with those at home.

The Sugar Hill development boasts its own exclusive facilities limited to those staying within the complex, such as; a bar & restaurant, fitness centre and 4 floodlit all weather tennis courts. The building has elevator access, car parking and 24-hour security. There is maid service at the apartment once a week, more can be arranged for an additional charge.

Located just a 5 minute drive from Sugar Hill is Alleynes Beach, home to the world famous Fairmont Royal Pavilion, where as a guest of Sugar Hill you have beach club membership with free use of the loungers and parasols, changing rooms, toilets and complimentary car parking. Enjoy paradise from a sun lounger on this glorious West Coast beach; the calm pristine turquoise waters make for ideal conditions that are perfect for swimming and safe for children.

Many fabulous restaurants are located close to Sugar Hill on the West Coast providing plenty of dining choices nearby.

The nearest town is Holetown (approximately 5 minutes drive), the main hub of the West Coast. Here you will find banks, supermarkets and post office and a host of shops, there is also a 24/7 medical facility.

A wonderful apartment in a fabulous location

A superb apartment booked through Paradise rentals, who arranged everything for us even down to having gin&tonic in the fridge and fresh lemons and limes upon our arrival, they arranged lunch and dinner reservations at The Cliff, sailing excursions, and a driver for us,

(we made good use of their concierge service) the apartment was very tastefully decorated, with ethnic accents just a sublime experience, we breakfasted on the balcony each morning overlooking one of the pools in the grounds of Sugarhill estate, which is beautifully maintained, the staff are very polite even down to the main gate security knowing our names whenever we came or went.
