A spacious family bathroom with bath and seperate shower completes the accommodation and a single garage with electric door access provides excellent storage for surfboards/bikes/kayaks etc. Driveway parking for one vehicle and unrestricted roadside parking is available. The Lookout is located in a quiet residential area, just a short walk down the hill to Woolacombe Village and the beach. If your booking is less than 10 weeks away, the full amount (including booking fee and damages deposit) is due at the time of booking.
