A spacious family bathroom with bath and seperate shower completes the accommodation and a single garage with electric door access provides excellent storage for surfboards/bikes/kayaks etc. Driveway parking for one vehicle and unrestricted roadside parking is available. The Lookout is located in a quiet residential area, just a short walk down the hill to Woolacombe Village and the beach.
