A spacious family bathroom with bath and seperate shower completes the accommodation and a single garage with electric door access provides excellent storage for surfboards/bikes/kayaks etc. Driveway parking for one vehicle and unrestricted roadside parking is available. The Lookout is located in a quiet residential area, just a short walk down the hill to Woolacombe Village and the beach. From the rear garden there are panoramic views to Lundy Island and over the National Trust farmland to the rear.
