Contemporary 3 Bedroom Property Overlooking The Beach With Garden & Parking!

Looking over 3 miles of surfing beach towards Putsborough. Contemporary new build. Fabulous living room with bi fold doors to terrace, well equipped kitchen/dining room. 2 double bedrooms, 2 en-suites . 1 twin room. Garden and parking for 2 cars.

Long Beach House is a fantastic 3 bedroom home with a large terrace with outdoor furniture for entertaining and making the most of the stunning sea, beach and rural views. A large open plan kitchen/dining/living area including a flat screen TV, Blu Ray Player, and a wall mounted fireplace creates a great sense of space and there are bi-fold doors which open onto the terrace and garden. An open doorway leads through to the well equipped kitchen/dining room with table and chairs and patio door which also opens onto the terrace.

There is also a separate utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a cloakroom to the ground floor. The first floor provides a master bedroom with en-suite shower room and contemporary stairs leading up to a mezzanine floor. There are large bean bags available for children. Please note these stairs are not suitable for children under 6 years.

There is a contemporary family bathroom, a further double bedroom with en-suite and a twin bedroom on this floor. Both the master and the double bedroom enjoy beautiful views out across the village, the beach and the sea beyond!

Outside there is dedicated off road parking for 2 vehicles. There is Access from the side of the property and also the sitting room and kitchen/dining room there is a large terrace with sloping, lawned garden overlooking Woolacombe Bay, the beach and the sea. The rear terrace and gardens are fully enclosed.
