This popular property is benefitting from a stylish, newly fitted kitchen which has been well thought out and fulfils all the storage and preparation needs of those who love to spend time preparing delights for the family. A clever mix of modern and traditional materials make this eye-catching kitchen a great feature of the beautiful open plan area, with pieces of brightly coloured, Indonesian wooden boats, having been used to form the breakfast bar area. There is a Belfast sink, range cooker and a large American fridge/freezer. All of the units have deep storage drawers with clever hidden fitted shelves to the top of the units creating very clean lines.

This is a great space where the family can gather to plan their day and come together again in the evening to share their experiences around the table, with the bi-fold doors opening the room out onto the large slate terrace. There is an outside rattan settee with cushions for relaxing at any time of the day. A little bistro style coffee table completes the outside area. To the rear, there is a clever contemporary garden room with settee which is a great space for young and old alike.There are three settees complete in the living room area providing ample seating, a Smart freeview TV and large coffee table.

There are two double bedrooms (master with en-suite) and thoughtfully arranged third bedroom, with single bunk above a double bed and televisions. To the rear of the property there is a shed which houses a tumble dryer and washing machine, together with washing lines for drying. There is an outside tap to the rear of the property where wet suits and sandy feet can be washed off.

Decor throughout the living area is influenced by the owner's family travels throughout the world.

Leave your cars on the drive (parking for two) and take a leisurely stroll through this timeless village admiring the thatched roofs and period cottages, colourful gardens and gentle soothing stream. There are three public houses in Croyde; the famous Thatch (great hot chocolate!); Billy Budd's & The Manor together with TheStores Post Office, bistros and ice cream shop. Walking to the beach from the centre of the village, down the pretty footpath and dunes to the beach takes approximately ten minutes.
