About the property

Fantastic 4 double bedroom holiday (one ground floor plus shower room) cottage located in Croyde with large enclosed gardens. Fabulous specification with luxury furnishings and fittings. Garage for board storage and parking for 3 cars. Plenty of reception space for all the family!

Dunes is well located within a five minute walk of the village amenities and the beach. The property offers four double bedrooms (1 en-suite), family bathroom and shower room. The kitchen/breakfast room has a modern fitted kitchen with granite worktops and a large cooking range together with breakfast table seating for 8. The sitting/dining room is of an exceptionally good size with wood burning stove, comfortable seating for 6 and a large digital TV with Freeview. French doors lead through to a conservatory with further comfortable seating which overlooks the beautiful garden with french doors leading out. The main reception areas to the ground floor have been fitted with limed oak wooden flooring whilst the bedrooms have newly fitted carpet. One of the bedrooms is located to the ground floor and has a king size bed (which also separates to provide twin beds 2'6" wide) with a contemporary separate shower room. To the first floor there is a master bedroom with en-suite shower room, wall mounted TV with freeview and views over the dunes and out to sea. There is also a further double bedroom, twin bedroom and a modern family bathroom.The gardens are large and laid to lawn with plenty of space for the children (and dogs!) to enjoy themselves and, being fully enclosed, they can't escape! There is a lovely paved terrace area with outside table suitable for entertaining with a Weber Charcoal bbq. The 'piece de resistance' is the HOT outside shower - definitely something to look forward to when you get back from the beach and a large hammock to relax in! With garage storage for bikes and boards and parking for up to three cars, Dunes offers you a wonderful place to unwind with great views over the village and surrounding hillsides and from the master bedroom to the first floor, beautiful sunsets over the sea and Baggy Point.Restricted mobility friendly, some steps.
