Dining table with seating for up to 10.Snug area perfect for children whilst the adults are cooking! wall mounted flat screen tv and settee.Sitting Room with comfortable seating for up to 8, flat screen tv with sky and freeview, glazed doors open fully onto front terrace - perfect for 'al-fresco' entertaining.Off the kitchen there is a utility room and separate wc, door to rear.Master bedroom with french doors out to private terrace, en-suite shower room.There is a further double bedroom and a twin room and a bunk bed room. The contemporary family bathroom has a shower over the bath and is very well appointed. Outside there is parking for 3/4 vehicles and to the rear of the garage there is storage for bikes/surfboards and wetsuits etc. There is a large lawned garden with terrace and brick built barbeque together with outdoor table and chairs. Vegetable garden which has been well stocked with various vegetables available for guests to use and private terrace off of master bedroom. Weekend and short break bookings start at 75% of the weekly rate, where available.

£35 booking fee payable at time of booking.

50% of the accommodation cost and booking fee are required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival along with the refundable damages deposit.

If your booking is less than 10 weeks away, the full amount (including booking fee and damages deposit) is due at the time of booking.
