Quiet and secluded in 17 acres of native woodland, and surrounded by dramatic mountain scenery at the head of the valley beneath Stradbally Mountain (2713 ft) and beside Lough Slat and Glanteenassig National Park, which is ideal for hill walking, climbing and mountain biking with waterfalls and lakes. There is a fine view down the length of the valley with Tralee Bay in the distance. It is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac road and about 5 kms from nearest beach, shop, pub and restaurant. Castlegregory 8 kms for windsurfing, diving, golf, surfing etc. Large garden with furniture. Courtyard patio with barbecue and separate stone studio.

Recently renovated as part of conservation project to retain traditional charm and character with modern amenities, it comprises sitting/dining room with woodburning stove, kitchen, shower and W.C. and two large bedrooms, both with a double and a single.
