The apartment is located in Borca di Macugnaga - 1,200 meters above sea level - on the main road, a few meters from a well-stocked grocery store (fresh milk, dairy products and sausages from our own) and Tobacco, from the Hotel restaurant Alps ( with typical cuisine) and the bar-restaurant Eden.
The center bracket is 2 km away and can be reached on foot through a path along the river Anza or bus.
On the ground floor of a house with 6 apartments (2 of which inhabited permanently) erected in 1908 as a hotel, it consists of large and bright windows.
