Magnifique séjour dans une quinta rénovée et un accueil exceptionel

Difficile de résumer ces 2 semaines tant nous avons vécu un séjour formidable. L'accueil tout d'abord de Eddy, tout en attention généreuse et spontanée mais discrète, qui n'a de cesse de rendre le séjour unique : provisions pour le repas du soir de l'arrivée et le déjeuner du lendemain, raisins frais de la treille de la propriété, serviettes de piscine fournies gracieusement. Le logement est très agréable et fonctionnel, bien tempéré malgré les 30/35 degrés extérieurs quotidiens, la salle de bain est top, les 2 terrasses permettent de profiter de l'environnement. La piscine est parfaite avec ses espaces ensoleillés ou ombragés. La propriété est merveilleuse, magnifiquement paysagée et arborée, découvrant des points de vue superbes. Ne pas rater le lever du soleil depuis la piscine sur la Serra de Monchique quand seuls les oiseaux vous accompagnent. La situation de la maison permet de rayonner très facilement sur l'Algarve, le calme absolu à 15 mn des plages et d'endroits inoubliables. Bref, un séjour merveilleux notamment grâce à Eddy. Merci Eddy, vous êtes une très belle personne !

Prachtige plek net buiten het dorp. Als je voor de natuur en rust komt zit helemaal goed! Appartement is goed ingericht, redelijk ruim met terras en toegang tot zwembad. De eigenaar is ervaren en vriendelijk. De twee honden erbij zijn lief en makkelijk in de omgang. Ben je echter gewend om helemaal op jezelf te zitten, dan is de plek misschien net iets minder geschikt ivm je privacy. Al met al is alles boven verwachting geweest. Auto is wel handig in verband met locatie. Kindvriendelijke omgeving waar relaxte sfeer hangt.

De locatie is makkelijk te vinden binnen 1 uur rijden vanaf Faro. Ligt prachtig met uitzicht rondom heuvels en berggebied Monchique. Het zwembad is welkom zeker als het erg heet is. We hebben alle 3 appartementen mogen bekijken, deze zijn stuk voor stuk schoon, ruim, van alle gemakken voorzien en waar voor het geld. De tuin , voor en achter met zitjes waar zeker sprake is van privacy , zijn fantastisch. Parkeren op het terrein. Leuke woning/villawijk waar je ook rustig kan wandelen. Met kwartier rijden ben je op het strand met mooie boulevard Portimao. En ook veel te zien en te doen in stadjes op 30 a 45 minuten afstand. Mooie restaurantjes in de buurt, lekker eten en goedkoop. In de appartementen liggen veel folders, dus je hoeft niet naar een VVV. Je kan allerlei leuke tochten maken, wandelen of met de auto. Eigenaar Eddy Lagrand, welke ons persoonlijk ontving, is een top gastheer , weet veel van de omgeving en de Portugese cultuur. Spreekt naast Nederlands , Engels en Portugees. Veel geleerd.... De koelkast was al gevuld met wat leuks en extra geste met 2 flessen wijn , ja waar maak je dat mee ... U zult genieten wat hij en zijn vrouw en dochter in de vele jaren zoal gemaakt hebben, met name de tegels zijn museumstukken. De 2 honden ( honden zijn over het algemeen aanwezig in de Portugese huizen) zijn leuk en gehoorzaam. Ze mogen een aantal uren per dag vrij rondlopen in de gigantisch grote tuin , maar vallen de gasten niet lastig. Ingeval van bezwaar van gasten, begrepen wij, worden ze niet losgelaten. Een van de appartementen is ook geschikt gemaakt voor minder validen. Het 2 persoons appartement, waar wij zaten, is ook GIGA groot. Voor de TV kijkers , er is 1 gezamenlijke Ned.Belgie zender en verder Duitse/BC etc. Als je wat wil lezen er staan ook Ned boeken in de kasten. Kortom het was een prachtige tijd daar. Een 10
