A modern and fully equipped apartment with a great terrace, where you can enjoy an unbroken view of Lisbon and the large river Tajo. The apartment is 90 m2 in area, is laid out in contemporary style and fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, WIFI connection etc.). It is on the 10th floor of a 15 floor building, but obviously has a lift; the height has the advantage of providing a panoramic view of the city which you will be able to enjoy as you drink a glass of wine on the beautiful terrace!
Don’t hesitate to walk around the Graca district, which has a traditional atmosphere. There are some charming cafes on the Igreja da Graca esplanade and you get an extremely beautiful view of the city.
Lisbon’s historic centre and its places of interest can be reached on foot (approx. 10 min). "Santa Apolonia train station and underground are just 5 minutes walk away and you can thus easily spend a day at the beach (towards Cascais), or even in Spain!
The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. It might occur that only paid parking possibilities are available in the holiday home's surroundings

Scent of Graca is een mooi appartement gelegen op de 10de verdieping van een nieuw appartementen complex. Een goed vertrekpunt om de stad Lissabon verder te verkennen. Vanaf het terras is er een mooi uitzicht op de Taag en het Pantheon. Vanuit het appartement zijn het Pantheon, de haven (bij Sta Apolonia), Sao Vincente (kerk+klooster), Sta Graca en het Castelo goed te voet te bereiken.
Het appartement is ruim en goed verzorgd, heel praktisch om met 4 p. (gezin met 2 oudere kinderen) te bewonen. Wij hadden er een superweek.
