This Is A Modern Loft Style Apartment With All The Cool Features You Expect.

This is a one bedroom open plan flat on the ground floor. You walk into the flat into a large contemporary living area, the kitchen goes off this space, a small table and chairs are in the kitchen. This leads off onto a quiet garden space where you can sit and enjoy the morning sunshine.

Upstairs is a very large one bedroom, with a king size bed, all linen is 100% cotton of the finest quality. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it.

The flay has central heating and is very warm during winter.

A very nice property

I recently spent three nights at Dino's flat in London, and I hope to book the property again in the new year. It's a wonderful apartment: spacious--much more so than is apparent from the photos; clean & well appointed; and conveniently located. It's a five-minute walk or less to two tube stations & several major bus lines (very quick access to the sights of Central London), and the surrounding neighborhood is full of plenty of shops and restaurants, including three supermarkets (Waitrose, Marks and Spencer, and Whole Foods). The booking process was straightforward, the owner responsive, and even though I arrived before the housekeeper had finished cleaning up after the previous guests, I was able to drop off my bag and pick up a key without issue. I would not hesitate to recommend this flat to an individual or couple looking for a comfortable, convenient rental property for their stay in London.

Excellent London Flat

The flat is very charming and well equipped in a quiet street. Location is perfect - a short walk to the Fulham Broadway tube and grocery stores. We stayed a week and highly recommend this location.

Amazing stay!

We recently returned from a ten-day stay at this wonderful flat.

The flat is close to both Parsons Green and Fulham Broadway tube stations and also many bus stops. This made it easy to get to all the London sights or to a train station for a day trip out of town. With family in the area it was easy to visit back and forth with them as well.

Although the flat is just steps away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you would never know it, as it is set back from the street in a quiet residential neighbourhood.

The main floor area is nicely laid out with a comfortable living and kitchen area. The upstairs bath is spacious and bright and the bedroom, even with a king size bed, is very roomy and offers plenty of drawer and closet space. The garden area looked very inviting. Unfortunately, it was too cool to sit outside when we were there.

We only ate breakfast at the flat, as we usually met with family for supper, but with three grocery stores a few minutes’ walk away we could have easily cooked for ourselves. Dino has ensured everything you would ever need to make a meal is there.

There are many shops, pubs and restaurants in the area. Our family’s favourite restaurant, Luna Nuova, is just a few blocks from the flat. We met there twice for supper. The food was very good and the staff friendly and attentive. If you’re a fan of tiramisu, theirs is delicious!

Several times, after a long day of sightseeing, we rested our tired feet and had a drink at the Brown Cow pub before heading back to the flat. The servers were cheerful and always greeted us with a smile. It was a great place to sit and relax and feel like part of the neighbourhood.

We can't say enough good things about this flat. From amenities to location we thought it was perfect. Next time we visit, we hope it is available again.

Great location, well-furnished and stocked house

We loved Dino's house and would happily stay there again should the opportunity arise. It is a very stylish abode for two, and comfortable with great sofa, a wonderful bed and clean and airy bathroom. The kitchen is well-stocked with every pot you need to make a meal, and how wonderful to find cupboards with basics like oil, sugar, flour, salt, pepper and herbs. So easy to cook for ourselves with three supermarkets within a five minute walk but also with great restaurants to choose from just a two minute walk away. Dino is a gracious and capable host; on call if necessary but otherwise not on site.

Wonderful Flat!

We had a great stay in the flat. Great location and neighborhood. Close to 2 tube stations, grocery shopping, and restaurants. The flat was very clean and well-stocked. It was very spacious as well which made staying extremely comfortable. We had a great time and would not hesitate to stay there again. Thank you Dino!

Fulham is a very quiet desirable area in London. It is a close walk to the River Thames, also to Chelsea and Knightsbridge. You don't have to go far to experience wonderful restaurants, bars and the theatre.

The apartment is located between Fulham broadway and Parson green tube station. Parsons green has beautiful shops and deli's where you can sit and watch the world go by. Fulham broadway is also close by and has lots of bars and restaurants. The gym and cinema is close by.

To head to theatre land, takes you about 20 mins on the tube. But along the piccadilly line you can stop off at Harrods, Royal alert hall, Kensington Palace and even Buckingham palace.

As well as being close to the centre of London, if you head out west you have Wimbledon, Kew gardens, Richmond park and beautiful walks along the River Thames.

This is a great location to discover London, in a very cool apartment.
