Why they chose this property
The size of the place is awesome. From the outside it looks like a small apartment but has high walls and large windows overlooking the city. Its what made me truly excited to work on this property.
What makes this property unique
Located right in the CBD, many eating spots and night life located nearby and great transportation.
The Ferry (Azam Ferry) to Zanzibar, the Bus station (local buses in Dar es Salaam) are very close to the apartment, approximately 10 - 15 minutes walking, and around 5 minutes and 3000 Shillings by uber / Taxi.
The buses go all over the city, and are roughly five hundred to one thousand shillings per ride, depending on where you are going. They run from around 530am to 10pm. The regional buses are located at Ubungo terminal, more info can be provided.
There are taxis and Ubers everywhere, but we also have bajajs (three wheeled taxis) that operate outside the CBD, which are cheaper than taxis and very useful in traffic as they are smaller. Motorbike taxis are also available.
