This farmhouse lies just outside the famous and welcoming town of Abtenau, right on a cross-county ski route. This beautiful and peaceful spot is the perfect place to recharge your batteries and enjoy the tranquillity. It is a central base for nature, sports and cultural activities, both in the winter and the summer.
On the ground floor, in the rear part of the farmhouse, is the lounge and spacious kitchen with a large table that seats 12.
The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary luxury equipment.
The bedrooms are on the 1st floor. Three bedrooms have their own bathroom. The fourth bedroom is perfect for 4 children and has 2 bunk-beds.
This comfortable farmhouse offers 'something for everyone' for the whole family.

The location of Algerhoff was fantastic, scenic and centrally located for everything we wanted to do. The people who own and run it were wonderful, friendly, warm and welcoming. This is obviously a DIY work still in progress (barn conversion?) with a wall missing in the lobby and covered by a cloth, a front door that was awkward to keep closed, no balconies yet, and one of our four rooms still in need of rennovation (especially the bathroom) and this room also had a funky bad smell - perhaps residual barn smell (the one right at the top of the guest stairs). One room with two bunk beds also had no bathroom (including no hall bath) which means that you have to plan around it. On the flip side the lobby and kitchen were fantastic. You can definitely see the potential. Next to a working farm and equipped with a trampoline, and close to the sommerrodelbahn it was also ideal for the three young children we had with us.
The location is fantastic and the hosts are warm and pleasant. The most used room was the kitchen, large and nice equiped. We felt as home in this place, so we will certainly return here. Our rate for all the aspects are 10 !
