"18th St Upper" is popularly known as "The Cottage" and is one of Tybee's most popular vacation rentals. This original Tybee beach cottage was the first vacation home in the Oceanfront Cottage Rentals vacation home collection and is the home that led to the brand "Oceanfront Cottage Rentals." This beach cottage is located just steps from the activities on the south end of Tybee and is situated directly on the Atlantic Ocean. The location has the best of both worlds. It's on the quiet end of the Street, perfect for enjoying the home and its large deck/porch but within a short walk to all the fun restaurants, shops, the pier and pavilion, and nightlife. A large oceanfront sundeck is attached to a covered porch allowing guests to enjoy fun in the sun or retreat to the shade while overlooking the southern tip of Tybee.
This features two king bedrooms. Each bedroom has an attached full bathroom. The primary king bedroom has an in-room Jacuzzi tub.
The home's living area has expansive glass windows to allow views in 2 directions.
The galley-style kitchen has an acrylic cooktop, oven, full-size refrigerator, microwave, two dishwashers, and all the amenities that one would wish for in a kitchen.

#1 18th Street has a lower level that is rented separately (or together) based on availability. Each has a separate gated entrance, and there is no interior stairwell. Both levels have separate decks.
