Residences du Carondelet (Residences on Carondelet) are Vacation Residences built in the style of traditional Garden District cottages. The residences are located on Carondelet Street one block off St. Charles Street. Just adjacent to everything the Garden District offers in NOLA.

This Spacious 3 Bedroom 2.5 Bath Carondelet St residence has spacious Kitchen Living and Dining area downstairs complete with a half Bath. The 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths are located on the second level along with a Balcony that overlooks Carondelet St.

The secure gated compound layout has a large private courtyard shared by all units as well as a shared swimming pool. Six of the units are new construction and four of the units are modern updates of a turn of the century structure. Complete with recessed lighting and granite countertops. All units have century-old wood flooring and updated appliances and the newer units have exquisite quartz countertops.
Street car - Residences Du Carondelet sits within one block of St. Charles Street Car Lines. Residents can step out the door and ride North through Mid-City to City Park or West through the CBD uptown to the Garden District, the Universities, and the Carrollton neighborhood.
CBD - Residences Du Carondelet is situated at the walking distance Central Business District (CBD). Originally known as the "Faubourg St. Marie", the CBD was the site of the city's first expansion outside of its original French Quarter boundaries in 1803.
Nightlife and Gambling - The CBD has emerged as one of the most exciting neighborhoods in New Orleans boasting some of the country's finest dining establishments, premier music venues, and a vibrant nightlife. Don’t forget the Casino is also only a short drive away via Lyft or Uber.

Superdome – Smoothie King Center - Residences Du Carondelet is 25 minute walk and 7 minute Uber or Lyft Drive to the world famous Superdome and the Smoothie King Center. We have free on-street parking so you can drive in and let Lyft and Uber be your chauffeur during your stay.
Restaurants - Residences du Carondelet are short walking distance from great Establishments like Emeril’s Delmonico, Lula Restaurant Distillery and Mr. Ed’s Seafood & Oyster House. If you are looking for late night grub there are many to choose from on St. Charles Street like the St Charles Tavern (a 24hr bar that has great munchie food) and don’t forget Tacos and Beer another 24 hour lunch and munch spot.

• The residence has no dedicated parking. Only street parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

• This unit is on the 1st & 2nd floors of the building with no elevator.
• We may use video surveillance in public areas.
• For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon your request
• We know that you may want to check in early or stay late to enjoy your planned activities. PLEASE NOTE: If early check-in/late check-out becomes available, we’ll send you an email/text message with an offer to upgrade to an early check-in or late check-out.
• Gatherings of more than 6 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.

• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

Comfortable house in walking distance to restaurants
I rented this home with two friends from work for a conference. Pros: spacious bedrooms and kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Was walking distance to many restaurants and the streetcar. Pool was refreshing and having laundry available was awesome. We were 10 minutes Uber to our convention center and all the great attractions of New Orleans. This house is managed by Hosteeva, which made the reservation process cumbersome with having to sign extra waivers and provide extra photo ID then when I have had to in the past with just VRBO and other apps. Because of this there was confusion about the ID and I didn’t have my check in information when I was on the way to the home from the airport. A few things lacked in the home- a chair was broken, some dust bunnies were left, dirty walls, missing iron, no paper towels. Their is also a spotlight from the neighbor that shines in the master bedroom all night making it difficult to sleep. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy. I realize New Orleans is not know. For being the safest city- but I do not recommend walking area at night.

Central location close to many NOLA attractions!
Our stay at this property was great. The house was spacious, with plenty of room for relaxing, cooking, and hanging out. The check in process was very smooth and the house had everything that we needed! Would definitely recommend.

Perfect NOLA vibes
Myself and 3 girlfriends stayed here. The house was awesome. Beautiful, spacious and clean. Exactly like the photos. We walked to a wahlgreens, liquor store and taco place nearby. Lyft is about 5 min to the French quarter and street car stop is a couple blocks away. The courtyard is really nice at night. The pool is salt water I think. Not too big but doesn't seem like all the residents try to use at the same time. So it worked out. We didn't really use too many amenities. The coffee left there was old so didn't make any we didn't cook. But the spice rack seemed to be missing some essentials. Regardless I would absolutely stay here again 👌🏾

We really enjoyed the house: super clean, great location and with a great site manager, Anna, that brought us extra hangers and soap when we extended our stay. Will come back if I am in New Orleans!
