This first class apartment overlooking the estuary is just 100yards from the beach yet close to all village amenities of Instow. Overlooking the waterfront and a short walk to the sandy beach, the apartment is situated on the top floor of a two storey detached building and is very comfortably furnished and well equipped in a contemporary style with full gas central heating. Two attractive bedrooms - double with wrought iron bedstead and Laura Ashley decor and twin bedded. Attractive, retro-style, fully tiled black and white bathroom/wc, with shower attachment. Very comfortable living room with rugs on laminate, maple flooring, wallmounted, flatscreen TV, Sky+ package (not sport or films), DVD and iPod dock. An archway leads to fully fitted high quality kitchen/diner with beech units and work tops, elec oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Patio doors from the living room lead to a balcony with table and chairs offering spectacular views over the estuary - a wonderful vantage point from which you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast or experience the spectacular sunsets after a day on the beach or exploring this wonderful area which is now the centre of Britain's first UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. There is shared use of landscaped communal grounds offering lawns, shrubs and walkways, with allocated private parking for one car provided and further parking available.
