The beautiful rocky seaside cove of Combe Martin is just a few minutes walk from this luxurious and contemporary modern semi detached house situated in an elevated position at the edge of the village in a quiet cul-de-sac. Please note there are some steep areas en route. Within minutes of your arrival you will want to stay forever! The accommodation is on three levels, the entrance is on the ground floor with the garage providing ample storage for bicycles and surfboards, and a ground floor cloakroom. The living room enjoys sea views and a Juliet balcony, whilst the kitchen room has patio doors to the rear enclosed gravel courtyard. On the second floor are four attractively furnished bedrooms, the master bedroom has an outstanding sea view and is ensuite. Serving the remaining three bedrooms is a separate family bathroom with white suite and whirlpool bath. Combe Martin, on the edge of Exmoor National Park is renowned for having the longest high street in the country, with a good selection of shops and pubs. It is an ideal centre for walking holidays and makes a perfect holiday destination for families.
