Enjoy the riches of the Côte d'Azur in style and optimally. In this unique and stately Villa, right on the beach, with its beautiful park garden with spacious swimming pool, you can completely relax. From the south-facing terrace you will dream away with the view of the Mediterranean sea and the sound of the waves.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2020 and fully equipped. During the renovation, a perfect balance has been found between comfort, taste, luxury and preservation of the original appearance. The void with a height of 1 m 80 will be on the low side for a few, but when you look at the comfortable bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m) and furnishings, you are not inclined to stand for long. All the more so since you have a view of the Mediterranean from your bed.

There is a gated, secured parking for those arriving by car. Although there are of course numerous fantastic day trips to make, a car is not really necessary here as almost all facilities are within walking distance. Via the station you have quick access to Nice, Cannes and even Monaco.

Een fijn appartement in een prachtige villa.Het is zeer geschikt voor twee personen,modern,goed ingericht.Er zijn een paar kleine winkels op loop afstand,maar voor veel boodschappen heb je de auto nodig,ongeveer 10 min rijden.Wandelen is moeizaam.Met de auto kan je langs de kust rijden en mooie plaatsen bezoeken en lekker eten.

Ligging is perfect, direct aan de zee. Appartement is klein maar zeer netjes en goed uitgerust. Goed te doen met 3 personen maar voor 2 is beter. Groot en goed bed op de vide. Warm water gaat wel snel op, zal wel ergens een boiler zitten in het pand.
