This studio-style condo is an excellent choice for travelers wanting to enjoy outdoor activities and a conveniently located home base while in Martha's Vineyard. You'll have amenities like a shared pool and Har-Tru clay tennis courts, as well as easy access to beaches, golf, and parks.
This condo is located in the Island Inn community on the northeast edge of Farm Neck Golf Club, so working in a few rounds is made easy. Joseph Sylvia State Beach is only a half-mile south, and Inkwell Beach is one mile north. If you want to get out and explore a little, travel south just five miles to see Edgartown Lighthouse or take a ferry to nearby Nantucket.
Inside, this first-floor rental is clean and compact with all the essentials, like a newly renovated (2023) bathroom, an efficient kitchen with a stove, fridge, and microwave, as well as a breakfast bar and a small table for dining. The kitchenette includes silverware, plates, cups, cooking pans, and utensils. You'll have a cable TV and free WiFi for entertainment, and a shared laundry facility to keep your clothes and humble abode sand free throughout your stay. And if you're in the mood for a barbecue, the complex has a picnic/grilling area. Gather around the firepit area and watch the stars come out. Tennis courts, plus racquets, and ball rentals are available at the Pro Shop. Tennis is available from May 15th through October. There is also a lovely on-site restaurant that is unaffiliated with the Island Inn.
THINGS TO KNOW
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
