I bought this apartment for its perfect location on the sea frond, sun orientation all day through windows on each side and therefore no contiguous neighbors, its proximity to the center of Albir and Altea, its pool 25m with a beautiful garden
What more me in this apartment is its beachfront location and great views over the bay of Altea. Its proximity to the center of Albir and Altea is also part of its assets. The building consists of 3 wings per floor (one apartment per wing) thereby having no immediate neighbors and thus makes the apartment very bright and quiet. The pool 25m x 9m, supervised by a lifeguard in the summer is very pleasant for swimming and the garden is very wooded, shaded in places and well maintained.
The rooms are all spacious and bright, boasting a sea and mountain views. The apartment is also ideal in winter because it gets the sun all day. The covered terrace, also very sunny in winter is very pleasant because of its size (20m2) and by its breathtaking and magnificent views of the sea.
Loved the apartment; i would just suggest new towels and single duvets" the apartment as a fantastic view and right in the centre.
