This penthouse is very quiet and with a breathtaking view of the sea and golf course, spacious terrace, the apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, master bedroom has direct access to a bathroom and jacuzzi bath, large living room with modern interiors, fully equipped kitchen . The spacious terrace with garden furniture gives you a wonderful view of the sea and the golf course, the penthouse is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, TV decoder with over 400 channels including all Flemish and Dutch channels, DVD recorder, wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, espresso, coffee maker, oven, refrigerator, freezer, the master bedroom has a double bed and is very tastefully decorated, you also get direct access from the slander bedroom to the terrace, the other bedrooms are both furnished with two single beds, bed linen, bath towels and towels are included, final cleaning € 120 is required deposit of € 200 required and repayable after leaving the penthouse without damage, rent by the week. Underground parking garage and direct access by stairs or elevator to the penthouse. Free access to one of the five pools in the domain. Sunbeds are available free of charge around the pools. The domain is continuously monitored and is accessible by car. Ideal for families who appreciate the tranquility. The marina and beach are a 15-minute walk or 5 minutes by car. You will find many restaurants and small shops. Supermarket (Mercadona) is a 7-minute walk away, Lidl and other supermarkets are accessible by car (5 minutes). Many typical Spanish restaurants in the area and stated in the self-assembled local guide available in the penthouse. The penthouse is equipped with mounting systems and additionally electric shutters in all bedrooms. Wardrobes in all bedrooms. All bedrooms have a small and separate balcony. The building is located in a landscaped garden in which the 5 pools are implanted.

The penthouse is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood. In the surroundings there are quite some cosy and cheap restaurants and bars. The location of the penthouse encourages you to do some trips to Casares, Marbella, Gibraltar, Malaga, Gaucin, ....

Rented the apartment from 01/08/15 to 15/08/15. The apartment has everything that you can expect and a little bit more. Fully equipped kitchen, air con, wifi, smart TV, spacious living area and located in a nice quiet area. There are no negatives I can highlight.

The complex is very well kept and the pool area is great for kids. The nearest towns, Duquesa and Sabinillas is a short walk away although the complex is located at the top of a steep hill so better take a car or ask for a taxi on the way up.

Highly recommended, especially for families with young kids. Will definately consider for next year.

Zeer ruime en praktische penthouse

De vlag dekt zeker de lading, deze penthouse is ideaal gelegen in een rustige omgeving maar toch maar op een goeie steenworp van het strand.

Het appartement is zeer ruim en van alle comfort voorzien, zeer goed onderhouden, maar vooral het zeer ruime en aangename terras is een pluspunt.

We hebben opnieuw enorm genoten van onze vakantie en dankzij vele tips van de eigenaars ook vele gezellige restaurants ontdekt.

We'll be back !!

Wonderful apartment with spectacular view

Wonderful large and modern apartment with a spectacular sea view. The despription and pictures are corresponding completely to the reality.

From booking to hand-over of keys the support of the owner was very friendly and professional. Back at home we noticed that we forgot our external hard disk at the apartment. Only a few days later the owner sent the hard disk to our home. Great service. Finally the refund of the caution happened in a few days.

Absolutely recommendable.

Een zalig paradijsje!

Een prachtig appartement, zeer net smaak-en stijlvol ingericht ruim terras om te relaxen in de zon met een rustgevend zicht op zee! Kortom alles erop en eraan!

De streek biedt veel mooie plekjes en mogelijkheden om zowel cultureel je gading te verzadigen of op een terrasje te genieten met een lekker glaasje en bordje tapas! Restaurantjes genoeg, doch de El Estribo genoot onze voorkeur!

Proficiat Roos en Chris met jullie fantastische plek, alleen maar lof op dit adresje!

Heerlijk penthouse aan de Costa del Sol

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in dit prachtige penthouse aan de Costa del Sol. Het huis is ruim, mooi ingericht, heeft een schitterend uitzicht op de golfbaan en de zee en is van alle gemakken voorzien. De eigenaren Chris en Roos hebben ons van alle informatie en support voorzien. Onze dank daarvoor.

In de directe omgeving zijn veel leuke restaurantjes en rustige strandjes en Andalusie is een schitterende regio. Malaga, Ronda, Marbella en Gibraltar zijn binnen een uur te bereiken en Sevilla, Granada en Cadiz zijn in twee uur te doen en zijn absolute must sees!

Kortom een heerlijke vakantie en we komen graag nog eens terug

zalige 10 daagse

Beste Chris en Roos,

Bij zomerse temperaturen hebben we vanaf het begin genoten van dit prachtig verblijf met alles erop en eraan. alles klopte met de beschrijving volgens de reisgids Coto Real. Het is een locatie die we zeker zullen aanraden aan geïnteresserden die de Costa del Sol en omgeving willen bezoeken. De restaurantjes Delphine, Estribo, bar Playa, Miel zijn een aanrader ! In de wijk El Castillo hebben we genoten van een heerlijke maaltijd in het strandrestaurant Cubanga.

De plaatsen Mijas, Gaucin, Malaga, Marbella (met de boot naar Puerto Banus), Casares, Estepona, Sotogrande enz waren schitterende omgevingen om te bezoeken. De huurwagen via Malaga car verliep snel en vlot.

Groetjes en bedankt dat we de gelegenheid kregen hier onze vakantie konden doorbrengen - Bea, Rik, Frieda en Willy.
