Cottage located on a small estate near the water reservoir of La Viñuela. The estate is located in a tranquil area near the coast, a golf course and the white villages of the Axarquia district, 45km from Malaga. The estate enjoys beautiful views on the water reservoir en the national park ?Sierra Tejeda y Almijara?. The neighborhood surrounding the estate ideal for walking, canoeing, fishing, cycling and driving quads but there´s also a possibility to take part in some challenging sports ( under request) such as speleology, canyoning and lots more. Some of these activities will be supervised by trained professionals with necessary equipment for your safety. Cities nearby that are worth a visit are: Granada (with its famous Alhambra), Sevilla and Malaga each between 1 and 2,5 hour?s drive. It is an ideal place for holidays as you will find a lot of rest, peace and relaxation.

We hebben hier alweer - 3de keer - een uitstekende en aangename vakantie gehad. De locatie is prachtig, het logies is voortreffelijk en de ontvangst is heel hartelijk. We komen hier graag nog terug.
Een perfecte ligging, rust, en de zee en de steden Malaga, Granada en Cordoba prima te bereiken. De accommodatie ligt echt landelijk. Dus geen restaurants en winkels om de hoek. Het is jammer dat er slechts een 2-pits kooktoestel is. Ruimschoots gecompenseerd door het prachtige uitzicht.
Prachtige omgeving,zéér nete huisjes met voldoende comfort,ruim terras met prachtig uitzicht, zéér goed onthaal door Isabel, zeer verzorgde omgeving...gewoon een aanrader voor wie van rust en natuur houd ,ideale liging voor wie ook het binnenland wil ontdekken...enz....
Onze algemene ervaring is zoals de titel al zegt. Op het gebied van cultuur is er weinig te beleven buiten de verre steden zoals Granada, Malaga en het mooie Ronda.
We have had a wonderful time in our comfortable, olive tree-surrounded Andalucian-style holiday home at Huetor. We enjoyed the beautiful views on the lake and the mountains, the swimming pool in which our little boy (9 months) had his first 'swimming' experience, and the laid-back atmosphere - though the playas of Torre del Mar were less then half an hour away. The owners were so friendly and helpful that we decided to stay a few days more and consider returning next year!
