The Sandy Beach Retreat boasts commanding views of the Pacific Ocean. Head outside to stroll, jog, fly a kite, or just meander on the long, sandy beach. There is sand just waiting to transform into sandcastles, agates and sand dollars waiting to be found, and driftwood to collect! This seaside retreat is flooded with natural light. When you return from your beach adventure you'll enjoy warming up by the huge rock fireplace.

This home has a master suite with a King bed and a second bedroom with a king bed with an attached bath. Upstairs is a roomy loft with a queen and a king that can be split into 2 twins. There is also an oversized bonus room downstairs with a queen sleeper sofa, large flat screen TV and a pool table. There's plenty of common space to relax and enjoy, with free WiFi and a well-stocked kitchen, you're sure to enjoy every moment in this very special beach house! Your four-legged canine friends are welcome to join you here, too. This rental is equally perfect for a romantic oceanside retreat as it is for a friends and family getaway.

Guests of this home also have access to the Bayshore swimming pool on a daily fee basis. The swimming pool (open seasonally in the summer) schedule of swim times will be posted at pool entrance. Renters must provide their rental agreement and photo identification to gain access. Access may be restricted during busy times.

Please note: Because the home sits in the dune on the south-side of Bayshore, the streets and driveway often fill with blown sand. 4 wheel drive recommended.

Sleeps up to 6 - 3 Bedrooms, 3 King,(1 can be split into 2 Twins with 72 hour advance notice), 1 Queen, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa, 3 baths.
Vehicles: Licensed for 4 (strictly enforced) No boats, trailers or RV's per HOA rules.
Standard: 3 night minimum; Summer & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum.

Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision.

This home does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 3-dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation.
