XVIII century manor house situated on the edge of the sea. Maintains the balance between tradition and comfort. Period furniture.

It is located in Las Aguas, municipality of San Juan de la Rambla.

The rehabilitation was carried out in 2010 respecting the original architecture of the property that is subject to the standards of protection of historical heritage for its features and being situated on the Kings Road along the sea carried Garachico.

The building has about 160 m2 on two floors: a large living room with Mudejar ceiling, two double bedrooms and two singles, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, retaining all the traditional techniques and original building materials: tea, stone masonry, adobe and pitched roofs.

Stunning views over the sea from a terrace garden and two terraces overlooking the field planted with tropical fruits: banana, orange, avocado, mango, peaches, papaya, coffee trees, cocoa, etc.

Simply Wonderful!!!!

We had a wonderful holiday at this glorious house with its spectacular clifftop location. The house is very old but tastefully restored to include many original features and so provides a combination of modern, comfortable facilities whilst retaining delightful character. It’s perched (very safely) on a cliff directly overlooking the sea and we spent many happy hours in the window seats, on loungers near the pool or in secluded corners of the garden reading and relaxing, enjoying magnificent views. San Juan de la Rambla, two minutes walk, is small and quiet but has a reputation for good seafood, so has four restaurants and there are more, plus banks and a small supermarket, about half a mile away. The owners were friendly and helpful, the island is a treasure, especially here in the lush north, and there were more things to do than we could fit in two weeks (so we will be back, and we’ll stay at this house). If you want a relaxing holiday in a wonderful location, with the option of easily dipping into and out of the many places of interest on the island, I would recommend this house to anybody – and do try the local wine!

Séjour inoubliable dans une maison magnifique, typique, vaste et hyper équipée, dans laquelle chacun trouve

- sa place dans les petites terrasses ou dans la piscine avec vue sur la mer,

- ou son repos dans des chambres confortables avec une literie accueillante.

Le seul bruit qui vous accompagne: les vagues et le vent de la mer

Una semana inolvidable!!!

Ha sido una semana increíble. La casa es una maravilla, en frente del mar, te duermes con el sonido de las olas. Tiene buenos restaurantes cerca. Mejor de lo que nos esperábamos. La propietaria es muy amable, nos dio todo tipo de detalles sobre la isla.

Es un lugar muy recomendable, esperamos volver.
