It has its own private terrace with superb sea views, a lovely garden at the back with bunganvillea, an olive tree, plants and outdoor dining area, sun loungers, private parking... There are 2 bathrooms (1 on suite), american kitchen.

Amazing holiday in a stunning location

My husband and I had a wonderful holiday in this lovely apartment. We would thoroughly recommend staying in Port de Soller for both walking and cycling, and there are plenty good of restaurants to choose from to make up the lost calories. The apartment was just what we were looking for, quiet, clean and with a stunning terrace for a G&T in the evening.

Nydelig leilighet med super beliggenhet

Dette er en nydelig leilighet hvor eieren har tatt tidligere revieweres tips til følge. Nå var vifter installert i begge soverommene. Likevel ville det vært bedre med air-condition i den varmeste perioden- det var veldig varmt da vi var der. Vi elsket å sitte på den overbygde terrassen som var uten sol hele formiddagen og dermed deilig temperert. Vi lagde mye mat hjemme og kjøkken fungerte fint. Rent og delikat. Tips: ta med kikkert- det savnet vi da vi brukte mye tid på å følge med båtlivet. God service og kommunikasjon med utleiebyrået.

Beautiful Apartment

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful apartment. It was clean and well equipped, with a garden out the back and a large balcony at the front with stunning views of the harbour. Like the other reviewer we loved watching the boats coming and going and looking at the names of the big yatchs to see who owned them. The apartment is perfectly positioned near the middle of the bay, with easy access to the numerous restaurants and beaches.

One small point, like the other reviewer we felt ceiling fans or portable fans for the bedrooms would be useful as it was hot at night, but we still loved our stay and look forward to returning next year. Many thanks.

Stunning Apartment Highly Recommend

The views from the apartment are simply stunning, we stayed for 12 nights having got married at Son Marriog. We used to have breakfast outside and watch the beautiful boats coming and going in the port and always a nightcap on the terrace. The property was very well maintained, clean and very comfortable. There are two dining areas, inside and out, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. A washing machine and a lovely terrace and garden area at the back. We had everything we needed for our beautiful honeymoon and we would love to stay here again. We were aware that there was no air conditioning but unfortunately we had abnormally high temperatures and humidity during our stay up to 38 dg and even with the fans it did get a little uncomfortable some times. However, this would not stop us returning. The apartment is above street level so a moderate level of fitness is required.

I would highly recommend this apartment, my bridesmaids got ready from here on the day of the wedding and were blown away with its gorgeous views. We ate out every night, just a short stroll to all the local restaurants that served lovely food. Suggest you book during the day for an outside table with views.

Were sad to leave and thank the managers for our complimentary champagne to celebrate our wedding.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Unsere Erwartungen, welche wir aufgrund der Bilder hatten, wurden noch übertroffen. Die Wohnung und die Anlagen sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Auch die Terrassen hinter dem Hause sind sehr schön und mit 2 Sonnenliegen und einem kleinen Tisch ausgestattet. Vom großen Balkon blickt man auf die Bucht und kann wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge bewundern. Den Sandstrand erreicht man in 5 Minuten, in 10 Minuten ist man an einem der Supermärkte. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist optimal. Einziges Manko sind die etwas zu kürzen Betten im 2. Schlafzimmer. Mit erwachsenen Kindern oder 4 Erwachsenen ist es etwas problematisch. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Alle Negativen Anmerkungen der bisherigen Bewertungen wurden beseitigt.
