This apartment is a perfect styled home from home away, spacious and comfortable, is located near to the famous Alameda fountain, with kids playground, cafes and gym equipment, 2 min.(walking distance) to Alameda metro station.

You have everything you need just by the door: supermarket, grocery shop, pharmacy, bookshops, coffee shops, children's Playground, Restaurants, including the original Portugalia (the most famous beer-house of the country), The Campo Pequeno, Gulbenkianmuseum .

In a central Location, you are a short walk distance from all public transports; Subway, Bus, Train.

Just come with your friends or family and I'm sure you will spend a wonderful time!

If you want to go to the beach, you can take the trains at Cais do Sodré, and go to Cascais. It's a very beautiful village by the sea, 30 minutes away from Lisbon. You can also take the train ou the typical ferryboat Cacilheiro to cross the river and go to Costa da Caparica (30-40 minutes)

You catch the train to Sintra (you can't miss Sintra!!!) in Rossio or in Entre Campos.

In Cais do Sodré you can also catch the train to Belém, where you should visit the JerónimosMonestry and eat the famous and delicious Pastéis de Belém.

Convenient location, good amenities nearby, responsive owner!

My wife, little boy and I have just finished a near week-long stay here, along with my brother-in-law and his wife.

The apartment is nicely located, only a block or so away from the Fonte Luminosa, a 5-7 minute walk to the Alameda metro station, and surrounded by little restaurants, grocers and padelarias. It's in an older building, and you may want to avoid the elevator(s) if you're at all averse to confined spaces: I can't remember a smaller elevator anywhere.

The owner does not live locally, but has made arrangements with family who do live nearby to assist with checking in and with any issues that arise during your stay. This proved helpful when we locked ourselves out of the apartment, although we feel badly about disturbing them on a Sunday over our absentmindedness.

We made use of only two of the three bedrooms (although the third was useful as a storage and dressing area), and the 2nd featured a loft bed that proved a big hit with a little 4 year-old.

The kitchen is well-equipped and we wanted for nothing in the way of utensils, dishes, etc. As pictured, there is a washing machine and dishwasher, although the latter was not very effective at getting dishes well-cleaned.

The living room is open and airy, with wide picture windows looking over the streetscape below. We found the neighbourhood quiet and safe even at night.

The area is very close to Lisbon's airport, so coming and going is quite convenient.

We enjoyed our stay and we'd recommend both the apartment and the owner to prospective visitors.

Um fim de semana calmo e relaxante

Apartamento espaçoso, bem equipado e limpo. Zona calma e perto do metro. O casal que nos recebeu foi muito simpático e atencioso. Pudemos ficar até á tarde do dia da partida, assim aproveitámos a manhã e almoçamos descansadamente. Recomendo. Obrigada Miranda.

appartamento e servizi soddisfacenti per un soggiorno di 1 settimana.

appartamento situato in posizione comoda alla metropolitana, 4° piano con ascensore, ben ventilato. I 2 servizi igienici indispensabili per 6 persone adulte come noi.

Non abbiamo mai usufruito della cucina, se non per la prima colazione ( bollitore e il forno a microonde perfetti). Il punto dolente sono le dimensioni dei letti: I due

matrimoniali non sono adatti a persone alte e robuste.

Appartement correct

L'appartement correspond à l'annonce exception faite des 2 salles de bain trop petites pour des adultes. La propriétaire a mis des panneaux pour que nous ne dérangions pas les voisins, mais c'est nous qui avons été dérangés par l'environnement bruyant, les fenêtres laissant passer le bruit de la rue.

Rien à dire par contre pour la propreté.

Aucuns conseils de la propriétaire, mais nous n'en avions pas besoin.

En France, en général, pour l'accueil des locataires, il y a une petite attention (produits locaux, fruits, vin ou gâteaux, etc.)

TRES SPACIEUX ET CALME

Suite a un beug informatique, notre bailleur nous a trouvé cet appartement en remplacement du sien. Nous y sommes restés 2 nuits, endroit calme, propre, tres spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. juste un peu loin du centre historique, il faut absolument prendre le metro qui est a 5 mn a pied. Un parking se trouve a proximité, ce qui est tres appréciable, ainsi qu'une superette, et quelques restaurants. Nous recommandons cet appartement pour ceux qui veulement se retrouver au calme le soir et la nuit...
