One of a kinda find, 750 sqft PENTHOUSE ROOM with ensuite bathroom in the heart of downtown Vancouver. Directly across from the Trump Hotel! They're prices start at $400.

We are so close to English Bay Beach, Stanley Park, Convention Centre, Robson St, Pacific Center Mall, Skytrain, etc. You can literally go anywhere within steps from this apartment. 3 minute walk from Burrard skytrain station and bus loop. 8 minute walk from Vancouver City Centre and Convention Centre.

We have a common area for all guests. It a kitchenette with a small dinning room; amazing view of Downtown and Stanley Park. Coffee machine, oven, microwave, refrigerator, cups, dishes, and all other utensils are included. NOTE: almost everything but NO STOVE!

My private penthouse floor is exactly set up like a hotel floor with individual guest rooms. Once you get off elevator, you walk straight to your self-contained room with its own private bathroom (3003). No crossing through the owner's living room or kitchen --- just get off the elevator and go straight to your secured private room. There's no shared space, so complete privacy during your stay and come and go anytime. Note: your private ensuite room does NOT contain a TV.


Check in is remotely through intercom. When you arrive to this building, please use the intercom to call 3001 or 3002. This call will direct to us and we will open the door for you. The elevator is programmed to allow people who call from intercom to come up to the 30th floor. Once you get in, please go straight to the elevator and hit 30th floor. If the elevator won't bring you up, please call again. Also, don't follow others to come in and use the elevator to come up; the elevator will not bring you up unless you call from intercom. Don't wait at the lobby for us, we are not always here. Your room number is 3003 on the left side when you get off the elevator. Your room key & elevator FOB is ready for you in your room.


Parking is available in this building at an extra charge of $15/ night. A parking pass will be ready for you in your room. Please make sure you place it on the dash (otherwise your car will be towed). You will be parking in the guest parking lot through the second gate. The garage is on the right side of the building beside a small bistro when you are front facing the front door. There's an intercom on the left side at garage entrance; dial code is #3001 or #3002 for your car to get. (Please inform us before your arrival for parking arrangement)

If you can't open the door, there's a Starbuck right across the street, you may use the free wifi there.

*Please bring your own shampoo and soap. I will have fresh towels and bedding ready for you.

*extra sofa bed is available in this room, additional $50 is required for using it.

*Bathtub in this room is OUT OF SERVICE but walk-in shower is available.

Beautiful views

This was a great find with a great price. The views from the room were amazing. I was a little unsure about getting into the place, especially when we couldn't reach anyone the first time we called, but it all worked out after a few minutes. David and Stella were very accommodating about our luggage. The only thing I would suggest is that washcloths be provided in the bathroom.

Wonderful views, comfortable bed, fun experience

My friend and I booked this while visiting Vancouver. We have never been in a penthouse before, so this was a fun experience. We felt very safe. Communication with the staff was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable, and the value was great.I would stay here again.

As advertised, this penthouse apartment was located a good walk from everywhere downtown. The building is beautiful with great views of the city. Apartment is nicely furnished with very comfortable bed and very clean. Host was accommodating and accessible and quickly responded to questions.

The common area was comfortable and a safe place to store bags until the room was ready. They have a phone for guests, which is a big deal since it is Canada!!

I just have a couple of small things: a box of Kleenex would be nice and to stock more city maps. I think I took the last one and we really needed it. Also they may not know a couple of the vertical blinds were off track.

We were only there one night. Would definitely stay again.
