Why Travis Stull chose Placerville
We built this home, finaled in Dec of 2016, because of the amazing location close to all the recreational opportunities of El Dorado County, but close to town. We also fell in love with the views!
What makes this House unique
1 mile from Ables Acres Apple Barn in the heart of Apple hill, minutes away from most Apple Hill attractions and wineries. Close to downtown Placerville historic shops and restaurants, 45 minutes to Sierra at Tahoe ski resort and 30 minutes to The American River White Water rafting/Coloma Gold Discovery state park.

Perfect Location for Passport
The basement apartment was perfect for us. It was spacious and comfy. The kitchen is sparse in terms of basic staples (e.g. salt and pepper) but we were only there for one night. We would definitely book again.
Can’t complain about a single thing !!!
It was wonderful!!!!!
Clean and quiet
We attended a wedding at the Bluestone Meadow ranch. This residence was clean, comfortable, and updated. It was perfect for an overnight stay with small children.
We had a nice time staying in this basement rental. It was just off the beaten path which made you feel like you were staying in the woods because it was so quiet at night. Close enough to downtown Placerville and also some great wineries. We gave it 4 stars because it was missing body wash and the tv didn’t work for regular cable.
