Welcome to my home and welcome to this amazing city! This is a beautifully 3 bedroom Chelsea Town house, set out over 3 floors. But don't take my word for it... let me walk you through it a little more! The house has a really spacious and colorful living room which has a real family feel to it. There is are comfy sofas and an additional chairs for guests to use where you can put your feet up in the evenings, kick back and relax! The spacious 1st floor living area is 'L' shaped with windows and French doors ( to a balcony) along the length of one wall, making the room bright and welcoming. There is a full wall length display/bibliotheca holding large flat screen TV. where overhead lighting adds greatly to softening the evening mood lighting, Top tip, try out the Duke of York Square international food market on Saturday which is just down the road from Sloane Square tube station and a mere 5 minute walk from our house -you will be sure to take home some edible goodies from here! If cooking a gourmet meal at home is more your thing, then rest assured the ground floor kitchen/ dining room will have everything you need in it such as all the basic condiments, and as an added extra we make sure that there is also always plenty of tea, coffee and sugar so that you can make yourself a traditional British cuppa in the morning! There are also all the mod-cons such as toaster, kettle and dishwasher that you might expect. We really want to ensure that you have a comfortable stay here in London! There are three bedrooms in the house.

The first of the 3 double bedrooms lies across the hallway from the sitting room and which has parquet flooring, rugs, built in wall-to-wall wardrobes and large en-suite bath/shower master bedroom has a king sized bed and an en-suite bathroom and bedrooms number two and three have double and twin single beds respectively. There is also plenty of storage space for guests to store all their belongings in all of the bedrooms. As mentioned, there is an en-suite bathroom for the master bedroom. There is also a second bathroom for guests to use. Both bathrooms are bright and contemporary in style and both having baths (which really is a treat in central London) with fixed showers overhead. The bathrooms will always come stocked with white fluffy towels and paper but because of skin allergy risks guests are advised to bring or purchase all their essential toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap so that you have a comfortable stay in London. All of our bed linen and towels are professionally laundered and pressed for each visit and our pillows and duvets are non-allergenic, At the top of the house a door leads out onto a private patio but we have restricted access to this area on the grounds of the height of the safety railings. But, you do have a garden in which to relax, so this cosy suntrap is not the only place where you can enjoy your breakfast or a fabulous hideaway for an afternoon read - the garden is a perfect place to pause and take a breath from the hustle and bustle of this vibrant city! The house comes with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, so that you can look fresh for exploring the city or for any business meetings! A baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request.

Other things to note My house is set out over 3 floors and the entrance is on the ground floor of the building. This means there are some stairs inside which may make this unsuitable for people with mobility issues. Please note that no BBQ or fires allowed in the garden and of course not anywhere else in the house either. Noise in the garden is especially prohibited on the grounds of local bylaws against noise nuisance and also for the sake of elderly neighbours who will surely place a formal complaint against us via the local authorities. Such complaints in London result in the immediate cessation of the stay by way of a police order - nobody wants that to happen, so the warning and explanation is better stated now rather than later.

There is a separate laundry room which means you do not have to hear the noise of a tumble dryer, or washing machine. There is a third toilet room located on the ground floor with hand wash basin.

The apartment comes with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, so that you can look fresh for exploring the city or for any business meetings!

Guest Access:

The house is your own. Cleaned professionally with fresh luxury linens, and prepared for each new visitor. Guest May access all parts of the property except for the front balconies for the sake is safety.

If you are a culture vulture, then you will know that the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea houses some of the greatest museum's in the world - the Natural History Museum, the Victoria & Albert Museum with Harrods and Buckingham Palace just a 5 to 8 minute straight line, £6, taxi ride away etc. So you see Chelsea has something for everyone. From fast cars to fast fashion you will find the best of everything here. Now the house itself is just off Kings Road so you will be in all the action within 2 minutes but the street on which the house is located is actually very quiet. You won't find a more exciting place for your stay in London.

Getting around

Getting around Sloane Square tube station is just a 10 minute walk away from the apartment so you will be well connected to the tube system. This station is serviced by the Circle and District lines so you can hop on here and be in South Kensington station (for all the museums) or Victoria station within minutes. You are a even closer to South Kensington metro station which is serviced by the District, Circle and Piccadilly lines which is the direct line to Heathrow Airport. There are also plenty of buses in the area, which are a great way of travelling if you like to have a peek at your surroundings as you travel. A great local tip is to download the Citymapper app. This free app will plan your journey for you efficiently and quickly. It gives you a variety of different transport options such as bike, rail, tube and Uber taxi. It will also take you step by step through your journey as you travel and notify you when you are nearing your destination.

The location of this property is fantastic, right in the heart of London. You can walk to many of London's major attractions, including the British Museum, the Victoria and Albert Museum, Hyde Park, Kensington Palace, with Buckingham Palace, Houses of Parliament and ‘Big Ben’, Tate Britain, being two stops on the London Underground. Belgravia and Sloane Square Theatre are a walk away with the famous Kings Road shops just minutes away.

You can take the Underground train from Heathrow directly to South Kensington on the Paccadily line and do a straight walk from South Kensington Station or jump into a taxi for the short trip of a few minutes directly to the house on Marlborough Street.
