Cleaning charge is £50 which will be added to the rent.

Appartement bien situé 3' de la station de métro.

Fonctionnel pour 10 personnes 4 adultes, 4 ados, 2 enfants.

3 Chambres, 3 salles de bain et 3 WC

Cuisine très bien équipée et récente, lave vaisselle, lave linge, sèche linge neuf.

Manque une voir deux chaises, obligé de s'assoir sur un fauteuil et canapé pour diner.

Cet appartement aurait besoin dans sa globalité d'un coup de peinture afin de le rajeunir, revoir éventuellement le revêtement du sol et de sécuriser l'escalier du premier étage en accès direct avec la salle principale ( une chute dans la nuit durant notre séjour ).

Ce dernier est conforme à l'annonce, et a répondu à nos attentes lors de notre séjour pour la visite de LONDRES.

Caution récupérée sous 72 heures.

Best for large groups just needing a place to sleep - perhaps college students.

There are many places to sleep reminiscent of a college dorm crash pad. Common space is tiny, not really comfortable, and only holds 3 people without use of the wooden folding chairs. Only 2 of the bathrooms are usable for a shower - the 3rd does have a tub and sprayer. We found the place to be rather grimy and run down. We would recommend a good cleaning, painting, replacing flooring, proper furniture in the common area, maintaining the garden and repairing the shower in the upstairs bath. With these changes the property would be nice.

A bit run down, but great location.

A bit run down, but great location. When we first arrived the flat was lacking in several areas: no tea towels, no dishwashing soap or detergent for the dishwashing machine, There was also not enough silverware for our group of 10 people. There were also only two garbage bags provided for the entire week. It said to only put rubbish in the black bags provided, but there were no where near enough for the entire week. Also no recycling bags provided. However, after we called the management company most of those problems were solved by the second day. The bathroom on the main floor had a floor that was very lopsided and the toilet was tilted so much that it felt like you were about to fall over. We did enjoy our stay and made due with the minor difficulties. Not easy to find a location as good as this one that allows for 10 people to stay and still fit into our budget.

Great Stay- Nice location

The property worked very well for an extended family of 7, 4 adults and 3 teen aged girls. The location within one block of the Ravenscourt Tube Sation was fantastic. Easy access to downtown London and in and out of Heathrow. The outside deck area was good for us, as we had great weather. Fantastic take out Greek food and a nice Japanese restaraunt within one block. Nice pubs within about 6 blocks. Could use just a bit more seating in both the living room and deck.

Hammersmith is a leafy borough just 5 miles (8km) west of Charing Cross on the north bank of the majestic River Thames.

The excellent Kings Mall shopping centre has a large supermarket and all the stores you could ever need for your day-to-day shopping needs and more. You will find a wealth of restaurants catering for every conceivable taste all within easy reach. Local bars are plentiful and a visit to the traditional English pubs on the banks of the Thames is particularly recommended. A multi-screen cinema and the famous Lyric theatre will take care of all your cultural needs.
