Our story of becoming holiday rental owners in Marrakech is something like that. In 2003, we were frequent visitors to Marrakech. As much as we loved the beauty and liveliness of the Red City, the accommodations were lacking.
At that time, Marrakech was becoming a global destination and there weren’t enough places for visitors to sleep.
Agnès & Philippe-Alexis purchased this villa in 2005
Hotels were always booked during peak season. We had a place in mind where we would love to stay. It would be authentic, with local design and architecture. It would be in the center of everything. And it would provide a warm welcome with one-on-one travel advice and guidance from someone who knows the city well.
But, for us, that place didn’t exist yet in Marrakech. So we created it.
Over a decade later, we have a collection of properties in our beloved city of Marrakech.
Most rewarding for us is when our guests from around the world write to tell us how much they enjoyed their stay.
We love opening letters and emails with photos and stories from their trips. In fact, we love hosting guests so much we founded the “Community of Marrakech Hosts” for Airbnb hosts in our region.
As often as we can, we gather to chat about strategies for improving guest experiences and marketing our properties in Marrakech. At our last meeting, more than 60 people showed up to network and share ideas!
There are no two places more different than where we live—a picturesque village in the South of France—and energetic Marrakech, where we spend our holidays.
Perhaps that’s why we love them each so much: they compliment each other!
Our favorite activity when unwinding in Marrakech (there are many!) is to book a whole spa with a hammam, just for us (my wife Agnés and I). It’s the most serene and luxurious experience in the world.

My friends and I stayed in Agnes' and Philippe-Alexis' villa for four nights!
We absolutely loved the Villa and the surroundings!
Agnes and Philippe kindly arranged transfers for us from and to the airport which was great and hassle free. There was a lady, Ms Amina, who was looking after us and the house during our stay!
I cannot praise her enough! We would give her money and she would go groceries shopping and cook for us. Her cooking was absolutely delicious and better than most restaurants that we tried during our stay. The living room in the villa is quite spacious and really nice! We would eat in the garden by the pool which was kind of surreal and very beautiful!
I highly recommend staying at Agnes and Philippe's villa! Even though we didn't meet them, they kept in touch via whatsapp and were quick to respond, as well! Everyone was nice and attentive!
Incredible Marrakech experience! Would definitely go back again!
We recently had a one week stay at this villa outside Marrakech. The grounds are well kept and there is lots of space between villa buildings and on the grounds. The pool was operating but much too cold for us but not for some others who regularly swam.The villa holds six guests with en suite baths.
The place was very clean and a cook/maid came each day but Sunday for 6 hours. She was quite friendly, helpful, and capable. She made omelets several mornings, picked up food for us several times and made a wonderful lamb tajine late lunch accompanied by the lightest and fluffiest coos coos ever.The villa was just as the pictures showed and it was wonderful to have the peace and quiet of the location after 10 days on the road throughout Morocco.. We took cabs to and from town every day and the prices greatly varied for the service. If you want the hustle ,bustle of Marrakech 24 hours a day this is not the place to stay but if you want to be comfortable in a pleasing environment not far from the action this is the place.
We would highly recommend renting this villa and may do this in the future.
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable grand moment de détente dans un cadre très charmant résidence très calme petite piscine pour ce rafraîchir dans la chaleur de mararackech,la grande piscine est a deux pas de la maison très pratique , le centre ville est a cinq minutes en voiture de la résidence nous avons passez des vacances en familles inoubliables. Énorme merci a Amina qui a été vraiment au petit soin avec nous sa cuisine est tout simplement un régal sans parler de sa grande gentillesses toujours disponible pour quoi que ce soit merci encore Amina le personnel ce plie en 4 pour satisfaires tout vos besoin merci à Ichem A Djamila merci à tous pour ce moment de détente absolue j y retournerais avec grand plaisir car nous avons passer des vacances parfaite merci encore et A bientot....
