This beautiful villa is in the La Morna Valley on the splendid island of Ibiza. The villa has a private swimming pool. It is in the municipality of San Carlos, also known as Sant Carles. The villa is in attractive grounds of 30,000 m2 and is surrounded by woods. You can enjoy perfect tranquillity and delightful scenery here. The villa is built in typical Ibiza style and enjoys plenty of natural light. It is equipped with every modern convenience and is attractively furnished with a keen eye for detail. Energy is provided by solar power. The terraces and balconies enjoy superb views of the Morna Valley and the sea. You can even see the island of Formentera in the distance in good weather. The villa enjoys plenty of privacy and has three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The swimming pool is surrounded by a pleasant seating area with a shaded part. The nearest beaches with small bays are Cala Pada, Cala Martina and Cala Nova. They are all just 15 minutes away by car. As is the popular resort of Santa Eularia with its many shops and restaurants. You can enjoy various excursions and activities such as sub-aqua diving and cycling in the surrounding area. Ibiza City, with its historic old town of D'alt Vila, is 30 minutes away by car and is well worth a visit.
The holiday home is approached along a private road which is also used by hill-side residents. There are four villas in 150 hectares.
*The access road to the villa is an unmade road. Some caution is necessary and we recommend you hire a 4x4 vehicle.

Het huis was perfect en van alle gemakken voorzien. Niets te wensen over. Fijn was het dat er van alles in de keuken voorhanden was. Meestal zijn dat spullen die je de eerste dag in de supermarkt moet kopen en aan het eind van de vakantie moet achterlaten. (specerijen, olie, vuilniszakken, wasmiddel, vaatwasser blokjes etc) Het eiland Ibiza is er echt voor iedereen. Jong en oud, van natuurvorser tot party tiger.
Huur wel een auto die wat hoog op de wielen staat. De weg naar het huis is behoorlijk onverhard.
Het huis is prachtig gelegen.
Voor de weg er naar toe is een 4x4 noodzakelijk.
Het uitzicht is fenomenaal.
Heeft een prachtige plek om buiten te eten.
