Enjoy this totally renovated South End unit with extra windows which allows additional natural light and views of the ocean. Spectacular sunrises. Balcony overlooks the pool and ocean. King bed in the master suite with a large shower in the master bath. Guest room bath has tub/shower for guests. All new kitchen and bathrooms with solid wood cabinets and granite. New full size washer and dryer. Living room 42" TV with free secure WiFi, Blu-ray DVD player. TV's in both bedrooms. The building only has 33 units so it tends to be quiet and peaceful. You will have your own parking space with ample spaces for guests. The beach is rarely crowded so you can sit there undisturbed for hours sun bathing, swimming, beach combing, kiting, or fishing. Watch dolphins and kite surfers. It is fully furnished with all towels, linens, kitchen utensils. Balcony chairs and tables for east and west of the building. Also included are beach chairs and beach umbrellas. Golf clubs (men's right handed) are available for local golf courses. Conveniently located near World famous beaches and attractions and restaurants in Daytona Beach. Just north about a 45 minute drive to the Historic St. Augustine where you can enjoy visiting the St. Augustine lighthouse, shopping, St. Augustine Distillery and San Sebastian Winery which both offer free tours and tastings. Just 30 minutes south you can enjoy Florida's tallest lighthouse at Ponce Inlet. We love speaking to our potential renters and getting to know them and answer any questions they may have. Why Richard & Carmen O'Hearn chose Ormond-by-the-Sea

When we first stayed at Sunny Beach we could not get over the view and tranquility. Everything you could possibly want was just a short drive away.

Daytona Speedway, Daytona Beach if you want action and of course if you want quiet there's Ormond Beach. The best of both worlds. We found a piece of paradise. We have seen the turtles hatching, watched the dolphins play offshore, the pelicans diving, spectacular sunrises/sunsets and spent hours just walking the beach. We have have also watch launches from Cape Canaveral from our balcony.

What makes this condo unique

Beaches, Biking on the beach, Lighthouses, Golfing, Shopping, Attractions, Peace and Quiet. The beach is right in front of you (no driving).

Clean and beautifully decorated condo. Very well supplied.

Lovely sunrises and sounds of the surf

Back home in the chilly north beside our still ice-covered lake, we remember fondly our two weeks spent in your beautiful condo! We appreciated the pristine condition and well-equipped accommodations. The sunrises were lovely, and the access to an outside deck on two sides of the condo was a plus. Having such a diverse selection of "go to" sites within a short drive was a great convenience, as was having the convenience store within walking distance for easy access to the daily newspaper. Your quick response to our few "how to" inquiries was much appreciated as well. Thank you kindly!
