Neptune Lodge is a unique holiday villa, situated on the prestigious Lower Mill Estate, the UK's first and as far as I am aware, only, residential nature reserve.

The estate is a real haven of peace and tranquillity and in my opinion, the perfect antidote to the stresses + demands of everyday life and forgive me for perhaps being presumptuous, but I do think you are going to absolutely love it!

Neptune is a chic glass fronted 4 bedroom property, presented over three floors, within a truly wonderful lakeside setting - on the beautiful new Water Gardens area of the estate, finished in 2016, so the house is brand new to the rental market!

Thoroughly contemporary in its exterior and interior styling - with 3 x double bedrooms, two of which benefit from direct access onto a private balcony area, with beautiful views over Howells Mere Lake, this is a really spectacular property.

Enjoy of the great Scandinavian wood burning stove for cosy nights in, whilst looking out on the majesty of your very own nature reserve !

“This is the second time we have been to the lower mill estate, its wonderful. Burnt Orchid was great, it had bags of room and was luxurious inside - just what we wanted. The skydeck was amazing, the pool is one of the nicest you will find, and all walks around the lakes are lovely. the estate is always so well kept.”
