Principal double bedroom with its ensuite bathroom and terrace overlooking garden. Two double bedrooms on the garden level - one with an extra full size single bed. All rooms have french doors leading onto the private garden or balcony terrace. Large shower room. Spacious kitchen/dining/living room with french doors to garden. Fabulous spacious apartment

Our stay ( family of 5 with 3 grown up children ) was enjoyable. Right from the start we were given the keys from Valerie, who had a great personality and manner. She told us about the apartment, covered the working of the wifi and Sky TV, and spoke of the things to do in the area. She was extremely helpful and easily contactable.

The apartment was well-kept with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well-finished with plenty of utensils - easy to cook meals if you wanted to. Table inside and table outside in the garden area, the latter we used mostly for any meals. Air conditioning available if needed.

The apartment is right in the ‘hub’ - great for the beaches and great for all the restaurants and shops. We would definitely return.

Tennis gang

Our party was 6 adults and this was our second visit to the apartment. We had a fabulous time, enjoying the amazing April sunshine, the proximity of the market, restaurants, shops, station and beach! We thoroughly enjoyed spending relaxing afternoons in the garden and then supping our first drinks of the day on the upstairs terrace, in the glorious evening sunshine. The holiday was made easier by the prompt arrival of a taxi at the airport ( arranged by the Keylady) and then being met by Valerie herself at the apartment. We found some lovely restaurants within easy walking distance and also cooked in on three occasions. The apartment is well equipped for dinner parties.We certainly hope to visit again next year!

An oasis in the heart of Old Antibes!

We spent 2 incredible weeks here, and were not disappointed. The apartment is described accurately, and in our opinion is even better.  This was the perfect place for 2 couples, being able to have bedrooms and washrooms on separate floors is wonderful.

Valerie is a fantastic property manager, I texted her when we arrived in Antibes and set a time to meet at the apartment, she rode up on her Vespa right on time.  She gave us a tour of the apartment, instructions, keys and lots of information on things to do, there is a daily market (which is just around the corner) and plenty of restaurants etc., she also told us to call her if we had any questions about the apartment or Antibes.  She checked with me after a few days to ensure all was well. The weather was perfect so we were able to enjoy the garden, so nice to dine outside & have a glass of wine. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need, we took full advantage of this! Lots of living space with very comfortable furniture.  Lovely linens and cozy beds made for a great nights sleep. The location was perfect, we walked everywhere including the train station. Great restaurants right down the street, as well as a boulangerie with incredible bread and pastries.  It didn’t take long for us to feel at home here, the only sad thing was leaving...

lovely apartment in a perfect location

This was the perfect location to explore the French Riviera. The food/craft market is a 2 minute walk and it is centrally located in Old Antibes. We walked to the market and the grocery store for food for the week. We often sat in the garden area to eat or just enjoy a glass of wine. The apartment was clean and well kept.

great location lovely garden

A lovely property in a fantastic location. We are a family of four with two small boys and this apartment was perfect. Super facilities and tastefully decorated, it really feels more like a house than a flat with a great little garden for eating outdoors.
