We had stayed in Bruges quite a few times before, we chose this as the place we usually stay was booked up. This property was even better than one we used to stay in and was just what we needed. It was large, comfortable, warm, close to the city centre and had a garage for parking the car. It was easy to find when we arrived, the owner was waiting for us. He was a really nice guy and showed us how everything worked and gave us his mobile number in case we needed anything. It took about 5 minutes to walk into the city centre. There were plenty of bars, cafes & restaurants within easy walking distance. There was a shop at the end of the street for bread, milk, cakes etc. The place was clean and had all the stuff you need to cook & eat. We will be going here again in the future.
We have stayed in Bruges many times but on this trip our usual rental was not available. This place was even better. Close to the city centre it had secure parking in a garage. Shops, bars restaurants were all within easy walking distance. The owner was very friendly helpful. A great place to stay....
We highly recommend this appartment as it is spacious, located close to the city centre without the noise, and the advantage of a garage for a vehicle or in our case bicycles. The hosts made us very welcome and provided us with recommendations for restaurants, food shopping and cycling in the local area. A final touch was a lift to the train station on departure with our heavy bags. This was a relaxing stay just like a home away from home. Thank you!
The accommodation was central to areas we wanted to visit. i.e. Ieper, Dunkerque etc.
Lovely people, great to chat with and very welcoming. Place is within walking distance to town. The fact that it has a garage was great and we made it a base for our travels to WW1 sites in W' Flanders. By the way, I made a huge mistake in my original booking (selected the wrong month), but the owners were willing and able to make the changes for me without issue.
