“Cast Away” is our gulf front town home on the quiet, family oriented, west end of Panama City Beach, Florida! This home offers incredible views from the spacious downstairs kitchen & living area as well as the master bedroom on the second level. The first floor features a guest bedroom and full bath, laundry room, kitchen with all amenities you will need, large dining and living space with access to an open deck affording perfect views and stairwell down to the beach. Your own personal Adirondack chairs are provided in front of the townhome to sit and watch your kids, grandkids, or the sunset. A grill is on the beach deck with seating for 9 people.

A blow up mattress is available for another bed if needed.

The second floor features the master bedroom overlooking the glorious Gulf of Mexico and has an en-suite bath with a vanity area and a private balcony overlooking the beach as well. Also on the second floor is the second guest bedroom that accommodates 2 full beds, bunk beds with a trundle and also has an attached bath. All bedrooms have flat screen televisions.

This property is what paradise is all about. It offers the convenience to be able to drive right in to your private garage and be on the beach in a minute. The location is great with Publix, Winn-Dixie, CVS and Bayou Bill's Crab House less than a mile away, Pier Park is close and Rosemary Beach is right around the corner. Free wifi is provided.

Cliff and Charlotte Goodson are the owners of CGoodson Properties, LLC. We are from North Alabama and offer beachfront and beach view vacation rentals on the west end of Panama City Beach, FL. We have 3 children and 5 grandchildren and know the importance of being in a quiet, safe, family friendly area while vacationing. All of our properties have wonderful neighbors and are not close to high rise condominium complexes which makes the beach experience more private.

Awesome! Homey and great for family! Super close to restaurants and activities!

Cast Away was amazing. It’s updated and decorated beautifully. I loved having a garage for extra storage of beach toys so they didn’t have to come indoors. Being right on the beach is awesome and it was never super crowded. We were less than five minutes away from restaurants, CVS, Winn-Dixie, and Publix, as well as many other places, some of them being within walking distance.

Additionally - the beds were super comfortable and the pillows were a great! So many times you go to rental places where the mattresses are hard and the pillows are cheap. The beds at Cast Away have memory foam toppers and the pillows are definitely not cheap.

The beach towels were huge and plush and plentiful. The extra blankets were great. We literally didn’t bring one beach chair, umbrealla, beach towel, or toys. They had everything!

Last but definitely not least, the owners are amazing. We corresponded with them leading up to and during our stay and by the end they felt more like friends than “landlords!”

All in all, we will definitely be back!! We had an amazing time.

The beach house was fantastic! The beach is your front yard! It was spacious enough for our large family. Everything was up to date, beautifully decorated and had everything you could need. Charlotte was fantastic to work with!! We will definitely be back. We loved Cast Away!!

Absolutely wonderful!

This is a perfect place for a family vacation in Florida off of 30A. The townhome is literally on the beach. It slept 8 comfortably. Charlotte, the owner, literally saw to every detail. She met us on arrival and was a text away for any need. We asked her if the rental had a griddle and waffle iron- she brought her own from her house. Amazing! The downstairs bed probably needs a new mattress but the other beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of beach chairs, toys, umbrellas for a long day at the beach. We will definitely be going back. Oh- and the location is perfect. It is quiet, away from the crazy of Panama City Beach. We pretty much had our choice of all the beach. We drove one day to Rosemary/Seagrove/Seaside and realized how very crowded it was. We quickly made our way back to our little slice of heaven. A Publix and Winn Dixie are super close. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from. Definitely go to Thomas’s donuts for breakfast- delicious!!! Overall- we did not want to leave.

The home was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable with a spectacular view!

The Castaway is perfectly located with the beach as the front yard. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The owner, Charlotte, is very friendly and quick to respond to texts. It us evident that she wants people to have a great vacation time at her rentals and we certainly did. I would not hesitate to recommend renting this property.
