Why Jack and Dee McKlveen chose Tybee Island

We discovered Tybee Island in 2004 and fell in love with the island and Savannah activities. The condo we chose has everything we want in a vacation, particularly the ocean-front balcony and great beach location. We stay at our condo five or six times each year with our family.

What makes this condo unique

Incredible oceanfront views from the balcony, family room and master bedroom. Roomy condo for groups up to 8. Large kitchen for food prep and gathering. Fantastic location -- walk to restaurants, shopping and the Tybee Island Pier and Pavilion all within one block. Two secured and marked parking places under the building close to the elevator.

Location, location, location

Location, location, location. We spent a week here with two of our grown children. We spent the entire time either on the beach, viewing the beach from the balcony, or eating out at all of the local restaurants. There were plenty of amenities, dishes, cookware, towels, etc. The beds were a bit too firm for us, but we slept well from all of the fresh air. You can walk to everything that you need. Definitely a relaxing and refreshing vacation.

We set up the condo to have the pleasures of home with a beach theme and supply items our guests like. We appreciate the comments on the mattresses, as it is so hard to find the right balance between firm and soft. Awesome Family Time

We were VERY pleased with our stay. The condo is very large and comfortable. Everything was is good order and in working order. Location of unit is right in the heart of the action- that can be good or bad depending on your expectation. Tybee Island seems very low key- so, most of the noise from restaurants and bars was done by midnight (we stayed during Spring Break) and noise was minimal. We spent every morning on the patio with our coffee - great views of laid back Island life.

New Favorite Place!!

This was our first trip to Tybee and it will definitely not be our last. This condo is even better than we expected. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you will need for your stay. We couldn't get over how big and spacious it was, with everyone having more than enough room. The beds were very comfortable in every bedroom. We also got to enjoy most of our meals at the condo out on the balcony which had one of the best views of the beach and pier. We loved the location of the condo, it was perfect!! The owners could not have been more wonderful to work with when getting our reservation and the rental agency made everything so easy once we arrived!! We can not wait to visit again!!

Perfect Girl's Getaway

We had the most relaxing, fun, and amazing time at this beautiful condo in this adorable town. Everything with the condo was better than expected. In fact, I really, really think they need to redo the pictures. They just don't do it justice....how nice, large, light, and cozy this condo is. THE VIEW! It's just amazing! We found everything we needed from extra blankets to a wine opener. The location is PERFECT. We enjoyed the beach, food, shopping, and some of the very best frozen drinks we've ever had. As soon as we parked our car in our space it didn't move - we were able to take extremely short walks everywhere we needed and wanted to go. We've already decided to make it a yearly tradition and can't wait to bring our families down. I miss the sound of the ocean already!

I just wanted to send you a note of thanks for the wonderful week we just completed at your condo in Tybee. It was absolutely perfect. There were six of us (adults) and the condo was the perfect size. We were comfortable and not falling over each other. The views from the condo were first class all the way and the location was perfect-- close to the shops, restaurants and bars. Parked the car upon arrival and only got it when we went to Savannah or to the grocery store.

The condo is nicely decorated. We felt right at home.

Overall it was a dream vacation for us
